My gold loan account number GL15104414 was auctioned by IIFL without any prior official notice or meeting. I have lost my gold and it was very very very important for me. I have been very badly betrayed and I need immediate action on this.
Please revert or solve my problem. I need my gold back and I am ready to pay any dues that may stand....
