This is to inform you that, there is a deduction of Rs. 500/- from past three - four months without giving my account details. Requesting you to transfer 1500/- to my account. Kindly don't do this without the interest of the customer.

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. The amount is getting debited from my account every month to some ECS DR IILECS-Save Donatio-[protected], which i never asked for. Please do the needful to stop this ECS i don't have any idea where it is going. This is big fraud, please do the needful to stop the ECS....
