Requested to do query or take some strik action for the illegal commercial gala has been developed in our private land.Before 5yrs this gala was demolished by bmc but the person has developed tat gala again by giving some money to the currupted person.The person who has made this gala illegal is my uncle

Last 2 days before illegal construction start in 2 Floor roof Dayal Bagh Colony Faridabad Flat No - B-8, Near- Lakadpur it is totally illegal because it is MCF authorized colony and only ground first and second floor are approved, If we not stop today then one days definitely it is very major issue.

I'm a resident of Pocket -C-8, Keshav Puram, Delhi - 110 035.
Ours is a DDA Colony & there is construction work going on in flat no C-8/135-A, Pocket-C-8, Keshav Puram Delhi 110035, on a lot of area not covered under the flat's area.

The flat owner is expanding his room, the Neevn of building is vary poor. One time the building be fell down, but new owner of this flat is making the room with illegal space also.

A person making illegal room at the building, due to which their will be no sun light & no Air for the people who are living back side of this flat, due to this therewill be lot of suffocation, so please do take some action on this illegal construction urgently.

Kindly take urgent action on this issue, before the construction is completed, so as to stop further activities on this & also set an example for other residents.

Earlier also we have made the complaints against Mr. Raj Kumar Yadav regarding his illegal construction in the garge part which he is converting into LG Flat. No action has been taken so far because MCD and Police are taking bribe. If the same thing is doing by the poor man then police will immediate take step then why not with Mr. Raj Kumar Yadav who is R/o of JB-11, Ist Floor, Right side, Gupta Colony, Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. We are compaling because prostetution will be going on because both he and his wife both are doing the same thing in the LG flat after that.

There is illegal construction going in A-278, Sudershan Park New Delhi -110015 kindly do something to stop because there is no space for parking in that road and builders are constructing 3floor on a small road they already constructed two buildings, This is a residential colony and even they are not using good quality material in constructing.

i came to know that the govt employes have took money and the construction is going on . Hence i request you people to coprate with this families to come out with this problem

This is to inform you that an illigal construction is going on in vijay nagar double story 3/5A, new Delhi. The owner of 3/5A is making rooms and toilet on the passage as well as on the stairs. I am the resident of C5D block janak puri 110058.For past 3-4 years there is illegal construction carried out by 5 ground floor flat owners C5D 98A to C5D 103A of that area these people have illegallay captuted entire full space behind there house blocking the entire street which is made for all local residence for moving one place to another, Due to that all 1st floor residents of that line have to forcably used the front road which always busy due to heavy flow of traffic to enter their homes.More over children of 1st floor residents can not play in the back street which is coverd by iron sheets by these people.Inspite of so many complains againsi them no any action has been taken so far.It seems that these 5 Gd floor people have strong political influence as in entire whole C5D block no one have dared to capture full space behind their houses that whole street is blocked.
I request you to take neccessary action against these 5 Gd floor flat owners who have the made the life misrable for the 1st floor residents as well as other local public to not allowing to use the street which is a govt land.

Dear Sir,
I am a resident of 109 pipeline, Vakola, Santa Cruz (east). Mumbai - 400 050. (the lane leading to the Hyatt). I would like to bring to your notice that we have been living with illegal hutmen in this lane for the past 20 years. Now that part of the huts were demolished last year... I would like an answer with regard to the follwing questions.

1) Why has the remaining huts in the lane not been demolished???????? These people crowd up outside the compound and are a nuisance.

2) At the junction of the lane we have an illegal garage (the rickshaws block the road and the noise made by them is unbearable. Also from May 3rd an illegal meat shop has come up. I fear that one by one these illegal shops will go on coming up.

Would request you to take immediate action and demolish these structures at the earliest.

I would like to write that a space right next to a Shiv Mandir being opposite the MCD office in Rajouri Garden is under construction is been done in garb of a fancy tent cloth (camouflage) covering to avoid any detection of any kind from any of the Govt agency. The place is on a turn at Vishal Market Tagore Garden Extention, very near to Rajouri Garden Police Station and MCD office. Vehicle movement is very congested as only one vehicle can move at one time, thus blocking way for movement. This has made a mockery of all laws governing illegal contruction. Its a SOS message, Sir you please stop this illegal construction as soon as possible..

We purchase a flat at silver strokes apartments 13 years before from Prithvi Realties at Bopal, Ahmedabad. The builder commited to provide paved roads, equipped gym, common plots as per rules, alloted parking, lift facilities, 24 hour water, sweeper services and charged extra money for all these facilitis. but after 13 years, not a single service is provided by builder and he is not ready to return our money. more in that now the builder is planning to construct flats in parking area too. He threaten us to harm us if we ask him about all above facilities.

we paid 25000 for electric supply, 50000 for lift, 125000 for alloted parking and gym facilities, and we spend about 150000 as maintenance in last 13 years + compensation

We want that builder must establish all the facilities he committed 13 years before when he sold this flat to us as soon as possible and pay us compensation for the problems we suffer

Our area has become a big illegal construction hub these days. there are about a dozen unauthorised construction and illegal encroachments of public land. Police, MCD, DDA have turned blind eye to it. The height of these illegal constructions is that one of the illegal constuction has encroached the electrical pole thereby engulfing it completely inside. Everywhere you see, these unlawfull activities are going on. The main and I think the only contractor is known as Ali. He is responsible for purforming these illegal constructions. He also acts a mediator between the corrupt authorities and the people interested. The area has become mess. There is sand, bricks and all sort of building material lying everywhere. I see police paying regaular visits to these people, probabily to collect bribes.

I wonder Media is also not active in this area. No TV channel has ever reported from our area.

Please do something. India is becoming hell.

I am resident of House No. 191, Jeewan Nagar, Near Maharani Bagh, New Delhi-14. There is illegal construction going on near by my house, which is occupied by Kamal s/o Ram Kishan. These occupant have illegally constructed two rooms, one WC and one Bathroom on their balcony (covering the balcony with mud illegally, which endangers the entire building). Beside this owener of house no.196 is covered 3.5ft out of 12ft common passage/gali that result in conjuction of the common passage/gali.

Also the construction map is no passed through the M.C.D. and covering a 3.5ft of common passage/gali means covering the govt. land which is totally illegall and the owner is challanging to the govt. by constructing on the govt. land.

I have spoken to them number of times and have told them to stop construction as I am facing lot of problem and harassment. We cannot move out smoothly as almost 1/3 gali is covered by the stairs beside this half of the portion is occupied by the malba, but this gentlemen do not listen. Hence this letter of complaint.

I would therefore request you to take immediate action against the residents of H.No.196, Jeewan Nagar, Near Maharani bagh, new delhi-14 and pass necessary orders to demolish illegal construction on the Balcony. Please treat this matter very urgent. I shall be grateful to you.

I would like to register the complaint with you regarding H.NO.190-A, Jeewan Nagar, New Delhi-110014 belonging to Mr. Rampal S/o. Late Jiya Lal & H.NO. 196, Jeewan Nagar, New Delhi-110014 belonging to Mr.Kamal S/o Late Kishan. There is no approval from MCD and above all an illegal constructed has been constructed on the terrace which is against by the laws. Here there is no map approval has been taken from MCD zonal office. Due to this construction the structure of the whole building and adjoining structures has become weaker. The construction on the terrace is a threat to the nearby structures and also he has covered a part of footpath (govt. road) by making stairs. Due to all people suffer and vehicle passing problem and Children cann't play. He has also dumped lot of building material and Malba on this footpath and even on the main road also

Being a concerned citizen I would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people since cracks on the wall are visible. It could collapse at any moment.

Beside this the owner of the house mentioned above is constructing a stairs of 3ft covering 12ft common passage. So many times I told him(the owner) not to construct the stairs on the common passage but he starts fighting with me, saying that he is having high source in the MCD and nobody can demolished their stairs which is constructed on the common path/gali.

I therefore have humble request you to that order to stop the construction and demolished the staris that is constructed on the common passage. if this is not done as early as possible then there is no use to write complaint in the complaint box.

Necessary action on this application will let the people belive in the MCD clean work and have faith in writing the comments on the MCD complaint box.

Dear Officials,

I would like to complaint about the illegal extention in building 101, First Floor Manak Vihar and 101, Second Floor, Manak Vihar by their owners by means of putting Steel floor in the back yard.

The said structure was demolished once by the MCD officials and had instructed the owners to remove the hazzardous steel frame. Instead they had kept the same in the similar fashion for few months keeping the lives of ground floor residents in danger and have started strengthening the same slowly.

This is to bring to your notice that, I am a resident of tri nagar area and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction going on in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable.in gali no.171, tri nagar, Delhi – 110035, is presently going unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. He has already illegally completed that construction work of adding 4th floor, publicly making a mocary of all local bye laws and MCD regulations. We had requested the local administrative body including the office of Deputy Commissioner, MCD, Rohini Zone (copy enclosed), to come into action to stop the unauthorized construction but all such requests have fallen on deaf ears. It is pertinent to state that the local administrative body is allowing him to carry on the unauthorized construction by becoming mere spectators. This construction is creating lot of miseries for the residents around and is a threat to normal living and if this unauthorized construction is not stopped immediately it will encourage others to follow the same practice. Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to stop the ongoing illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure that he has already built.

It was already reported to MCD control room on the 05.11.2009 with the complaint number 3835 but nothing has been done so far.
The construction should be stopped as it causing lot of inconvenience to the locals. The street is very narrow and on the top of it, it is very crowded. The construction work has made it impossible for the people to go through the street. The ventilation is very bad as the construction has covered all the common surrounding area.

The MCD drinking water is also being used for this construction. It is impossible to sleep as they working at the night. We had made few humble requests to the owner, he would not listen us.

There are many illegal constructions going on in Tughlakabad Extension area. One of them is being carried out by Mr. Ashok Bansal in his building at 992, Gali No. 23. I am a resident of Rajaram Wadi, Behind Mehboob Studio, Bandra West. My complaint is regarding an illegal construction of an additional floor and balcony at an adjoining slum. With the help of the local H ward coorperator the slum dweller has constructed an additional floor and also a balcony. When the cops were caleld the coorporator told them to go as it was jsut a repair job. I have proof and pictures that this is not just a repair job but a complete illegal construction. This construction also violates every rules of the Development Control Act. There is barely a foot space between the new illegal construction and the adjacent building wall. Incase of a fire there is no way a fire engine can reach this spot. As the slum dwellers are a vote bank for the coorporator he is going to back the illegal construction.

Illegal Hunters — Request to stop the illegal construction

I am a resident of Srinagar. I would like to complaint about the illegal construction in my area D.No 48-6-59,srinagar visakhapatnam -530016. Please take a necessary action to stop that illegal construction with out plan.

Ref: It is regarding the illegal construction taking place on the roof of 137A, Arjun Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi -110029 by the owner of Flat no.8 of the same building. The building is already ground plus three floors high and it also has 45 feet of height.

He has neither taken MCD Approval, nor it is allowed even after the approval. as fourth floor is illegal as per the MCD building by laws.

Please do the needful to stop it immediately

Illegal Hunters — muscle man constructing illegal building in front of the Engineers working on site.

Illegal construction going on in Kasturba Nagar Delhi North. Engineers of the MCD etc. are making road right in front of the illegal construction going on there. the building is buing constructed exactly in line with the building having fallen in Delhi Vikas Marg. The musle man are scaring the other residents and the engineers who are not able to speak or complain.

Respected Sir,
I Girish Moorthy staying in S.no 62, srinagar near railway line, kiwle, facing road problem. There are two three illegal slums on road in which they have kept their buffaloes, goats which is creating a problem. I hve complained many times to our local corparators, but we didt get proper response and yet we are facing problems.
Sir I hope that you take my complaint seriously and act as soon as possible.

This is bring to your kind notice that ill-legal construction has been carried our at the back side of WZ-1127 Rani Bagh Shakur Basti, Delhi-110034 , this is upfront of my house , I am living at WZ-1129 Ranti Bagh, Shakur Basti,

They have built up the room at the terrace back side of the Wz-1127 , which is highly dangerous for our family, if there may be lot of chances of mishappening than somebody of our family may loose his life, therefore we request you to kindly take appropriate action to stop the ill-legal construction in our colony. It is not necessary to disclosed my name

If the appropriate action has not been taken than we will put up our application before RTI

Dear Sir,
We are staying in and around building of 9/12, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi-15, which has a Ground and three floor and all the floor were sold by land lord, The owner of 3rd Floor is constructing one more floor i.e. 4th floor, which is higly dangerous as we have seen in Laxmi Nagar.
This building is 10 years old and we are not very sure whether it can withstand the load of a new floor, more over it is illegal construction since MCD has not given the permission of building 4th floor on any plot in Delhi area.
It is crime and should be treated in that way only, hope you will do the justice and demolish the construction to save those living in the vicinity.

Would like to inform you that at H-35, Ist Floor, Kirti Nagar, Delhi has illegal construction to cover the balcony without pillor support is going on. It is my moral duty to inform you that it can be fallen down anytime which could be very dangerous in the future.

Respected Sir,
I would like to compliant on the Irregular construction in Kolathur. Am a resident of the same street, Next to my street. Haridoss 2nd street Irregular constructed building along with the shop has been established. As per CMDA rule Section 25 planning parameters Table 1 ( ordinary residential building and other small buildings ) they should construct at least abutting 1 m from all the sides including front side .But on the above address they not even a left 1 feet in all the sides and including front road side . In fact on the front side from the Corporation lamp post only half a feet has been left and the major part of the building coming up on the very close to road.
On the above I have already given a complaint to Chennai Corporation on the irregularities. Due irregular construction there is No Room for proper road way to that street Vehicle cannot pass through a lot of accident occur due to blocking the road.
My sincere request to enforcement cell to visit the location and restrict the construction and insist them to follow up the rules laid by the CMDA .

Illegal Hunters — Stair Construction in Every Street of Sagarpur

I a responsible citizen of India resident of RZ-7B/266 M. Block West Sagarpur New Delhi - 110046 would like to bring in your notice that next to my house every property owner has done illegal construction in front of their houses by making stairs or ramps etc. The entire street is full of illegal construction and is badly encroached at least by 3 feet from both sides.

I request you humbly to please take the necessary action at your earliest.

Sub: Unauthorized & Illegal New construction started again

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that there is Illegal & Unauthorized construction is going on at 29 E/C Ward 1 Mehrauli New Delhi - 30. They are constructing the New Building. This is Even after repeatedly requesting them for the not to construct the New Building they are not ready to stop it. We the residence welfare association request you to please look into the matter and do the needful. They are constructing the building Stairs (Jeena) and Balcony (Chajja) of the New Building on road.

Many Times we have seen Mehrauli Polics comes and charge the Labours and then for sometime the work stops and then again they started the construction.

We have only hope of you. We request you to please take proper action against them as soon as possible to stop illegal construction.

Now i come to know why you people dont take any action on such complaints
may be you people get some thing from these type of builders or you people wait
for some causalities to be happen due to such builders illegal constructions

These is why our country is not developing .

Hope now you will take some action on this builder who is constructing illegal
building at D-48-A, moti nagar, new delhi-110015. And making hell to near by area due
to his construction, mosquitoes are growing and every where there is dust and
construction metearial lying on roads without MCD permition.
