Dear Sir,

I have registered for Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management and Analytics, Batch 05, Online Mode, thru the co-ordinator named Ms. Sanajana Gulani, by paying the registration fees of Rs. 23, 600/- on 29/01/2023, but due to some financial reason, Timing Issue and on getting negative reviews about the Imarticus Learning Private Ltd. courses. I decided to pull back and informed, Ms. Sanjana Gulani, to cancel my registration and arrange to refund, but she advised me to contact their Team assistance, Ms. Nehal Joshi, which I did, but as of now there is no positive response from them. I have kept several e-mails to them, but either they are replying in negative or saying that someone will call me, but nothing is happening, unfortunately.

Please note that they have not mentioned any point w.r.t refund policy prior to admission and when I did registration, they sent invoice that amount is non-refundable, which I believe is the practice against the customer, isn't it?

Whatever they promise, they are not delivering and fooling the people, once they received the money. When I got the e-mail regarding classes schedule, it is being randomly selected without considering the students and their working hours.

Please note that I have already informed them that I am from Howrah India, but at present I am working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but they promised me to assist with any situation which they failed.

Following complains and several conversations finally I got chance to speak with Ms. Vineeta on 05th April 2023, and since then she keeps on assuring that my refund request is under process but neither there is any confirmation e-mail, nor any proper action seems to be taken except making me frustrated and stress.

Please take this issue and kindly advise them to return my money. What I know that money is very valuable, and someone is not returning our hard-earned money while playing a trick, it hurts.

I hope that my plea will be escalated and will be resolved.

I would most appreciate your support and strict action in this regard.
