Hi I ordered product of Go Pro Battery cover on 2nd December, 2023 and writing the details over here on 21st December 2023.
I didn't received any details yet when it will be delivered no shipping information no tracking option, no customer care number only chat and they don't give proper answer.
This website is completely scam took my money and not sharing information properly not even refunding my money back.

I purchased a camera lens worth 35, 235/- Rupees from following website on 14th May:

They had the product listed and an enquiry with them said they will resume shipping on 18th May. There never followed up or notified/emailed me regarding any delay. No one is contacting either or promising any solution asper my enqiry after 27days from date of ordering.

Order still in processing till date after I made payment. no progress.
They are not just delaying or not letting me know what is happening, they are not refunding.

Kindly look into this matter as I require this equipment for my work and my funds are locked with this seller for too long now.
Kindly get this amount refunded as soon as possible

I have ordered a gorillapod from imastudent.com mistakenly. I wanted to buy the 3kg gorilla pod, but i mistakenly bought the 1kg gorillapod. I wanted to return the product. So i contacted them and what they are saying is they will reduce 25% of the mrp that i paid since the item is no longer needed. Actually their policy mentions it. But i am not simply sending it back. I need a higher version of the product and i am ready to buy it also, since i ordered the wrong one.
