I placed an order at the famed '#1 Adult Store in India' bearing Sunny Leone's face. I made the payment via UPI, receipt of which is attached.

They refused to acknowledge the payment and are not available to answer any queries on telephone, either on their Indian or US customer care numbers.

Emails get seldom replied to, and that too with canned responses.

I just want my money back....

I would like to warn everyone about the scams of Raj Armani aka Nadir Punjani owner of IMbesharam. He scams vendors and employees by making them work and not paying them eventually. Raj Armani is delivering banned adult products to India from USA. Just make sure you do your due diligence before ordering any products or giving credit or working with Raj Armani. There's a very strong reason why he has changed his identity and operating by the name of Raj Armani. He was earlier living in Florida but then "strong reasons" led him move base to Atlanta, Georgia.
