Paid hard cash on 29th sep 87k for suzuki burgman delivery on 2nd with a scratch and dirt when asked to wash the bike and give no water in service centre. Hence delivery rejected got a delivery on 4th and today is 18th no registration yet and when asked today number series is closed and will take another 4 days.
One of the worst experience at imperial suzuki mira road east branch.
I wish i could have bought my bike from a dealer and they have much better options i could have save money and time.
Worst staffing every time i visit some or the other customer is fighting for the delay.

After service from imperial suzuki within 2 weeks the bike start giving problems.. careless work done the enginr screw was loose and suddenly my bike stop in the middle of the malad highway i was affraid its like i m risking my life by giving my bike to imperial suzuki will also share the image taken on the highway and get perfectly done by local garage.. seems they r more knowledgeable then the workers from IMPERIAL SUZUKI LLP MIRA ROAD.. Disgusting.. careless. Service center.
