Please the product which I have bought with shipment number [protected].the product which I bought is not working so kindly take ur product back and return my money

Hi sir,

I have ordered a hair straighter from viral deals and received a damaged and used product. I was able to see hairs on that product.
So i dropped an email to the customer service with picture and they asked me to return the product so they will refund or replace. Then i've self returned it and till date i did not get the refund. Now they are not responding to my email or calls.

I would like to take this to consumer court, since i felt this is a fraud company. Because now i can't even send mail to their customer care mail id. I'm getting delivery incomplete error message for all my mails. So i think they might have blocked my mail id or they have changed their mail id. I can see so many people had similar experience from the same company, there is many complaints in consumer complaint itself.

Attaching screenshot of mail communication and other details. Request you to take a model action against this fake people for cheating customers.

We have booked the order id is vds361520, powerleg - knee joint booster support pads - defective on 25.01.2020 and we have received the product on 29.01.2020joint booster support pads - from impulse ecommerce. But product is defective - order id is vds361520. Thus, we want to returned this product and we wish to refund the amount to our bank account.

I had placed order on 02 Nov 2019 for Hair Growth serum and payment of Rs.1299/- had been paid through Paytm app. But it is shameless to state that till today no delivery has done. I state that my money Rs.1299/- be refunded at the earliest. Representative from impulse ecommerce had called me from this no.[protected] on 04/11/19 afterwards no call werereceived till today.

Actually i order ginger hair serum for hair growth but i got normal oil serum. I want my refund back and take this serum from me. This is the 1st time i order in viral deals and maybe this is my mistake and custom care number was not working from delivery onwards too bad to write this mail with negative impact. Don't do this again and take this and give my refund back.

Plus the price mentioned on the pack was 1999 but i was charged 1200/_.

Kindly check this issue and provide an immediate resolution.

I bought arctic air a/c from their website, and when i received it was damaged / broken. So i retunred it paying my own courier charges. Hence, kindly assist me get my money as refund as the company selling on website as viral deals looks like a fraud company and no one should trust them.

Looking forward to the assistance and quick resolution and refund of rs. 2200/-.

I ordered steam iron.. I paid 1400 rupees... But i got other item which is worth of 100 rupees... Plz help me regarding this.. And i want to get my money back... I never face prob like this... Sir, i have purchased a 'flawless facial hair remover' from m/s impulse ecommerce, mohali vide order; dd109504 for rs.999/- which i have received on 16/1/2019 at 6.30 pm. This product is fully bogus and not working as you were showing in the advt. It is, therefore, requested convey my this message to the supplier and insist them to take back immediately their 'flawless facial hair remover' and returned my money otherwise i shall take more action against them.
