My product is in warranty period, the processor malfunctioned. I made complaint on 16/03/2024, post which I received call from assigned technician who I explained the issue. He confirmed gear box replacement is required, and said he has ordered it. It's more than 15 days, he has not visited to replace the same. Upon asking he kept saying he has not received the spare parts and will take more days. Upon regular complaint with customer care, number of area manager was provided who said, technician has used that spare parts for some other customer. New order has been placed, upon contacting the customer care, they said order was placed on 26/03/2024. It suggests that the technician was lying, no order was placed by him, it was placed only on 26/03/2024. I am unable to figure out who is providing the correct information.

Inalsa-No customer service post sale
My products got damaged, I am trying calling to customer care February 2021 month and i called them and register my complaint at-least 8-10 times. But not getting any response and no one has visited to repair the products. Product is mixer grinder which is essential in kitchen, After disappointment i got it repaired from market as armecher got damaged in just 2 years and ended up paying higher amount. Also, not able to get new nob from service centres by market place repairer.
Worst Product quality and worst consumer service. even in 1st year the blade got damaged.

Complaint marked as Resolved No steps has been taken by company to resolve my complaint. No email or call has been received so far. Its still unresoolved.

On 22nd Nov i had file a repair complaint on inalsa Website. I received the sms on 24th Nov that you complaint has been registered with id DEL[protected]. I received a call after 15 days from technician, that day i was busy i asked him to come on next day. After 2 days i received a call from lady that we are cancelling your complaint request because your not was not reachable. I asked her not to cancel my request and send technician as soon as possible. Till yet i have not received any call from technician. Whenever i call to their customer care number mentioned on their website site, IVR said our offices are closed. Complaint is pending for more than 20 days.

I have raised a complaint with INALSA for my food processor not working. For the last 1 month, there has been no action. One person visited after multiple follow-ups and said that the motor needs to be replaced. Then he disappeared. There has been no action even after multiple follow-ups.
The first complaint was registered on May 15th, 2019. The person visited on 29th May.
I wish to get a complete refund of the amount paid as these guys will not be doing the job.

I have bought a mini chopper not longer than 2 months ago, now every time i try to use it, it sparks from inside then stops working. It is still under warranty hence i would request you to fix it. I tried to submit a complaint on their portal also but every time i submit it after that it keeps spinning and then nothing happens.

I had purchased an Inalsa mini chopper a few days ago which a said warranty of 6 months. On the 4th or 5th day of purchase while I was chopping vegetables in it, the thread of the chopper jammed and it has been stuck since. Such issues from a reputed brands like you within a week of purchase disappoint your customers and take away your product preferences over others. I hope to get my product looked after asap.
