I sent a parcel from Canada via Canada Post to Chandigarh, India and it has been stuck at INBOMC since 29 November 2022. Canada Post tracking ID is CC[protected]CA.

I have attached a screenshot.
Please guide and advice and dispatch the package to be delivered to Chandigarh.

It is a life saving drug for my child, as we are running out of stock of the medicine. Hence we have imported it from switzerland.

It lying in inboma/ inbomc since 31st december 2017.

Please arrange to deliver it to hyderabad immediately as we are in dire need of the medicine for my son.

I hereby have attached a screen-shot of the tracking status of the parcel.
It hasn't been delivered yet.
The mail was dispatched on 13th jan 2014 from thailand and it reached Indian on 16th jan 2014 as said online(proof attached)
I am still waiting for it to show up.
How do i go about it?
