parcel not delivered

i had sent parcel from austria to delhi indian on 05.12.14, and it reached in india on 16th december 2014, there is no movement, my tracking no-CA[protected]AT, please help me . thank you

Hi,

I hereby have attached a screen-shot of the tracking status of the parcel.
It hasn't been delivered yet.
The mail was dispatched on 28th April 2014 from "SWITZERLAND 1630 Bulle 1" and it reached Indian "INBOMC" on 10th May 2014 as said online(proof attached)
I am still waiting for it to show up.
How do i go about it?

My parcel from Thailand arrived on June 21st 16 via Thailand Post.. I track by the system and it shows
stuck at customs INBOMC. In parcel, it's just sample part of machine tool (cannot use and I have no more
sample).Please consider to release it to receiver or send it back to me.
