Exchange Request regarding Shoes

Hi,
I have placed exchange request for Loafers due to size issue, I wanted to have one size big than which was ordered . My exchange request was approved .
But delivery agent just came for the pick up of the product, not for exchange of the product . They said they don’t have any request for exchange .
I am trying to reach customer care, but none of the numbers posted on internet are working, have even dropped an email for this concern but have not received any email yet, it’s already been 5 days about this .
My order number is INC35330.

The issue is mismatch with size and had escalation to all levels & its almost 2 months...
Every time there is commitment, this shall be done in 2 days. ( Order No : INC 14297) Issue type : Size mismatch.

I have ordered online sandal from inc.5 but the product i have received is old and straps are loose in that and bascially the product is not in good condition and i want to return the order and for this I have been mailing them since 5 days but they are not responding to my emails.

Shoe Repair

I am an IT professional working with a very recognized Indian company, very disappointed with Inc. 5 service provided by REGAL SHOES ( ADDRESS- Inorbit mall,shop No.-138,1st floor, Hissa No. 9/1/9/2/10/1, 7 Ahmednagar Road, Vadgaonsheri, Taluka Haveli, Pune-411014 ).
The issue was very minor, the heel stopper very small rubber which is used to avoid the noise while walking was worn out just after my first use. I gave the shoe for repair in the authorized Inch5 store in Pune. For such a basic work the manager asked for 15 days as the shoe will go to the factory and get repaired.
This was on 22-December-2012. Today is 5-February-2013. My right leg footwear is still with Inc. 5!!!!!
I am highly irritated while writing this complaint. The rude behavior of the store boy who kept the phone down while I was enquiring about my shoe, negligence and irresponsible manager has forced me to launch this complaint!!
The store didn't even bother to call me back with the updates even after my repeated calls. Initially they didn't even bother to check whether the shoe has arrived or not..whenever I gave them my receipt No. instantly they had the same old answer.. "NO!! Not yet!! ".
I stay almost 20 Kms away from their store, even after all this I visited their store thrice asking about the updates. They never had a definite answer, it was always with after 2 days.. after 1 week.. madam 3 more days...

Inc. 5 such a big company with amazing collection has never disappointed me, being a dedicated customer I still look upon the company to look into the matter. I am raising my hands from contacting the manager of the store. I don't trust his words and promises anymore.
I am attaching the repaire slip and on the backside the manager made a promise the last time I visited the store.
He said he will give me a new shoe if he is unable to deliver my shoe on Tuesday,[protected].
There should be a limit of Fake promises and stupid reasons. Mr. Mohammad Arshad (Manager) along with the store boy called me yesterday night with a reason where the store boy had some family-hospital emergency because of which he said he won't be able to give the delivery on time.
I want to ask INC.5... Is this the value of words your dealers hold?
Please take some action and return my right leg shoe OR take the left leg shoe too. It is useless to me!!
