Income Tax Of India Complaints & Reviews

I have not been able to logon to my traces account (To download form 16b). I have made several call and sent mails to the cpc unit at ghaziabad. They have not provided a solution which works till date. I have requested them to call me or i call them to find a solution but they keep on sending mails with no solution in sight.

I am in uk and feel frustrated with the support from the cpc team.

For AY 2010-11, my refund check was issued on 29th march 2011, and returned between 30th march to 7 april 2011 because in this period as I have changed my residence.My new address is
