Dear Sir,
My PAN No is AAYPG2259Fand refund Rs 2640/- for assessment year[protected]cheque no EQ[protected]N) was returned undelivered due to wrong House Address (Reference No CMPP6777360) dated April 19, 2011.
I have written e-mails, letter to CPC Banglore and tried to contact on Help Line but could not get contacted. Neither I am getting reply nor my refund. SBI-CPC Bombay responded and advised to

The Banglore Cpc Of Income Tax Department Has Not Yet Provided Online Utility For Filing Income Tax Return Under Itr Form 5.
When Communicating Them, They Do Not Have Any Answer.
The Offline Utility Is Also Not Available. However Excel Utitlity In Offline Mode Is Given But The Same Is Not At All Acceptable As It Is Time Consuming And Cumbersome.
The income Tax Department has come out with various online utilities barring for AOP/BOI. In the absence of this online utility, it would be very difficult to submit income ta return in time as the offline utility is ordinary excel based. Even JSON offline utility is also not provided by Income Tax Department.
