As per our tele conversation today morning at your customer service, please note that I have cancelled my ticket because of sudden change of flight route, instead of direct flight . Moreover, you have sent me an itinerary change e-mail, specifically mentioned either you can cancel the ticket without any extra charge. However, the below confirmation sees a deduction of KD 20.650
