Big fraud company looting customers
I took home loan from this company 6 years back. The interest rates are very high. They never reduced the rate even though RBI reduced by 250 basis points.
But now when RBI started revising upwards Indiabulls revised our rates on higher side when they never followed RBI.
Now they abnormally increased my rate by 400 points!!.
The interest rate is now 14.85 percent.
Imagine!!.
Don't go to this company. Better ppt for local money lenders than this company.

Dear sir
I am sorry to say but i am highly disappointed and dissatisfied from india bulls because of their fraud commitment and their attitude towards our case. 1st they gave us fake commitment for roi and now they are not giving us subsidy of prime minister awas yojana which is the amount of rupees 267000.
When i was signing the loan agreement they also took our sign for the subsidy and told us that our subsidy will arrive within 3months. No one is taking our case seriously and i am really fed up from india bulls services, the seller of our property also got the subsidy that means the construction and map of the property is applicable for the subsidy it means we should get the subsidy but indiabulls told us that our construction is not as per building plan. I am not able afford our emi. I am really tired from their fake commitments. Dinesh and bublee they both our involved in this they both took my sign on the form please take action against them or i will take action against them as this subsidy is given by the government and it is a part of the law.
Sir i hope you will look into our matter and resolve our problem.

Indiabulls housing loan thugs

Guys beware India Bulls Housing Finance, They will charge you processing fee before even giving you a penny, charge you Rs 2500 as advance processing fee which is debited from your account in advance, A loan sanction letter will also be provided to you, but when the time to sanction your loan comes, they will give you some crap reason for not being able to sanction you the loan and your loan is rejected, Processing fee is non refundable..tamasha khatam-paisa hajam.
Do not waste your time behind these thugs
beware of their employees like Samarjeet Shukla, Sandeep Shukla, Mukesh Sarawge, Madan Veer, Nilesh Desai

Fraudulent charges

I had applied for a home loan in month of April 2010 for which i had provided all necessary documents.
I initially spoke to Durgesh. S who was from the Chembur Amarmahal branch and informed him that i need a loan amount of 11 lakhs and above as my property price is Rs 12,55,000.
He sent his executive Name Mukesh who miss undwerstood the loan amount required to 8lakhs.
With all my conversations with india bulls i had requested for 11lakhs and above as home loan.
But still i was called and informed that my loan amount of 8 lakhs can be santioned so i informed mukesh and Durgesh that i dont need 8 lakhs.
They kept on assuring me that they are working out for 11lakhs but later started ignoring my calls.
Tried calling up your lower parel branch/ chembur branch but was of no help.
I had given a processing fees check which is Check No : 13201 which was cleared from my account on 28th may 2010.
So i called Mukesh he said that my loan amount of 11lakhs is santioned so the processing fees is charged.
Hence i asked him for the santion letter which i never got
So to confirm i called Durgesh and he said the processing fees charged for santion amount of 8lakhs.
I informed him that i dont want 8 lakhs so please dont send me the santion letter.
After 28th may i am trying to contact indiabulls but no one is speaking to me or returning to my calls..
Today is 19th Aug I am still waiting for the status on refund.
I went to the indiabulls office at Amar mahal but no one is able to help me as they say that my file is not in their office...........
I got a reply back from Rajarshi Saikia Grievance Cell Indiabulls who says that processing fees is charged upfront irrespective of the sanction or cancellation of the loan application and the same is non refundable.
I am sure i am not the only customer who is being cheated by indiabulls.....
Worst company to deal with...............

indiabulls is quite famous for their arrogant behaviour to customers.I think people should write to the prime minister's public grievance cell about this.
