I have taken home loan from India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd.
Initially they did not told me that Home insurance is not mandatory for taking loan.
Only when I went to assign all the documents and providing cheques and ECS forms, they told me that insurance is mandatory at that time I already had lost lot of time and do not have much option left. Hence they charged me Rs 70K/ from me.Their real face comes before me when I come to know from...
