I am manjula.my mobile number [protected].Ten month before I ordered a saree online in indiacomingsoon.com on august 16, 2017.my ticket no:884 and New customer order (94838) - ordered date August 16, 2017.i paid full amount but till now i am not receiving anything.After some days i registered complained throughout online.They replied within few days we ill receive your product.but I am not received my product.again I registered complained.but no response from there.I want my Saree otherwise i want my amount immediately.why i am waiting long period.

I have paid for the products in the month of august but the india coming soon not provided the product and also not refunded my money. They even ignore the mails that i have done.
Such a worst company and website, its fake. They are manipulating people and collecting money from them.
I need my money.

I had ordered a saree.i haven't got the saree and not even my money back.They are not even replying to my mails.and no contact no is specified.When we order something we get a confirmation mail and after some days that mail will convert into something else.I had took screenshots of the order placed while I had made the payment.

Got a message will receive the order in 45days after booking. Before booking they said only 7 days, now its more than given time, till now i did not receive any confirmation. I have payment of rs.3336 on 8july2017 for some product. delivery date shows within 45 to 60 working days bt still we have not received product nor in the condition to track the product so i want to refund of money.

I have ordered a lehanga from india comimg soon and paid them in advance. They promised me to deliver it within 45 to 60 days but after so many reminders they are not sending it and tryimg to fool me. It was supposed to come in the month of august but its september and yet they ask me to track the order but when i try to do so there are so many complication and never i am able to track it. I have asked them many times the exact date to delivery but they never tell it. When i placed order i asked them if they have any customer care number so that i can talk and clarify they denied and when i asked for cash on delivery they said that its a new company they are working over it so i paid them online but they are not semding my order. My last problem was resolved by you hope that this time also you will help me.

This site basically is a online clothing website where they display products atvery attractive discounted price and commit the customers to deliver the same within 60 days. Customers are asked to make advance payment. However till date i have not received nor there is a trace of any customer who has received their orders.
There is no refund or cancellation procedure option given in the website nor any contact number to call them up.
Only way to communicate is through mail to which they ignore the actual subjectline and reply.
Kindly assist
