Hi friends,
Be careful from the fraud company india ghoomo (Prashant) he is the master mind for the fraud he is doing with the innocent people. He is cheating people to give them a budget hoilday package to thailand, but is all non sense, he only takes money from you and giving you all the fraud details so be aware from this guy. Don't know how many fathers he has. His website is also not working now.
Be careful from the fraud company india ghoomo (Prashant) he is the master mind for the fraud he is doing with the innocent people. He is cheating people to give them a budget hoilday package to thailand, but is all non sense, he only takes money from you and giving you all the fraud details so be aware from this guy. Don't know how many fathers he has. His website is also not working now.

Sir, i met the india ghoomo travel agent prashant regarding thailand trip on[protected] and made a payment of rs.34, 500/- in advance. The total package is 67, 500/-. After that he demand to pay entire amount before travel without confirming flight tickets. Than i cancelled my trip due to some reason on[protected] after that i recieved a mail confirming the cancellation and my will be credited in my account with in next 12-15 working days. But from that day there is no reply from india ghoomo travel agency, nor the agent prashant not lifting my phone. So request the authorities to take my complaint and take necessary action.

Hi team,
I booked a trip for 5 days and 4 nights with india ghoomo travel agents for my friemd. They provided me a itenary thats been attached for rs. 25000/- which includes hotels, transfers and air fare for 30th september, 2019. They asked me to pay rs.15000 by paytm on phone number [protected] registered as virtual travel gurus in paytm. I paid rs. 15000 on 25th july, 2019 attached the receipt for the same. Immediately they sent me the hotel booking confirmation and one way flight ticket for 30th september, 2019. They said once i pay the rest rs. 10000/- will send the return fare ticket. I paid the rest rs, 10000 attached the receipt for the same on the same paytm number on 26th july, 2019. They said will send the ticket by end of day. I didnt receive the return ticket for couple of days, i checked with them however they keep on delaying said will provide the same before the trip start. After tremendous followup they provided a booking of the ticket but it was not showing confirmed on 25th september, 2019. They said not to worry the ticket will be confirmed before the travel date. My friend went for the trip to thailand and at the trip end date when she showed the return ticket at the airport the authorities said there are no tickets like that. Immediatrely i checked with the agent and they said the ticket was cancelled and asked me to book the ticket for her and they will return the money immediately. I spent rs. 8446 from makemytrip.com to book tickets for her. She had to wait for 8 hours for the next flight from another airport. Also in hurry i book wromg ticket for a wrong date from makemytrip and that i had to cancel and lost almost rs. 6000. I understand that was my mistake but i was so nervous that i made the mistake of booking the wrong ticket and then had to cancel it. Later on booked the right ticket for her and made her back to india. When i checked with the agent for the refund of the money paid by me for her as they didnt provide the return ticket, they started making lame excuses and said will pay after a week, its been almost 16 days i am trying to get my money from them but they keep on telling will pay later on. When i asked will report or complaint the same, they just ignored and said do whatever you need to do. We dont care and will see when they can pay. Now they stopped responding to my messages and phone calls. Below are the contact persons for the company.

I made an enquiry on tripoto.com regarding 5 days 4 night thailand trip.
After that indiaghoomo agent rajesh called me. And he took rs 25000 from me for booking the trip. He gave me air tickets and hotel bookings. But after few days i checked the flights tickets with airline. Acc. To them there is no ticket in my name and now as i am calling rajesh or their head prashant they are either not picking up the phone or they say they will send the tickets in some time but they haven't send them till now as just 4 days are left in my planned trip.
Nor are they returning the money.

Thank for writing such a long mail stating that INDIA GHOOMO has done fraud with you . To make you clear how do you assume the tickets are being fake you were solo traveler then joined another person in the same booking and yes we did charge for the same .
About the tickets of Malindo/ Thai Airways – being into travel industry you can ask any of the travel company about the what group booking is and how we have to deal with them . we too have some seats blocking with them and accordingly we get the good rate . we first fill the seats and then once we complete the seats blocking they send us final booking confirmation . the tickets which sent to you its wasn’t fake, it was blocked for your information . we were suppose to give the tickets to you but you have cancelled due to you own circumstances, we have never forced to cancel it .
Tripoto team knows that we have sent many of the customer Thailand and other countries like this . you are talking about fraudulent activities, you haven’t taken our services so how come you decide what we are upto and how we provide the services .
Don’t Judge the company like this by giving the wrong name as fraud until it is Proved . Hope you understand .

This Fraud and Anti Social Company still not returning my refund and now they have stop responding to my communications. They are just denying refund and have no fear for law. These Fraud people should be hanged till death as they just play with people's hard earned money and this crooks just look for option how they can steal money from others. I further investigated and found out they are involved in many similar cases and lots of cases are lodged against them. They are also involved in many criminal activities like drugs smuggling and stuff. So please beware before dealing with them. You might get involved in some international crime while dealing with them. They might give lucrative offer but all might lead to some web where you might get stuck really bad. Like me i am fighting with them for more than 4 months just to get my refund and they have stole my hard earned money. So please beware of these Fraud and Criminal Company.

However just one things you remember that I am not the person taken money and gone, I also became the big victim of the someone eles where in I have invested your amount and including ours too. and that too has been taken by someone .
Yes I agree that I am unable to return on time but there are only things that I can tell you have trust on the company on me so that I can return your entire amount.
Till I have return the big amount to some of the customers nearly around 7.5 Lac any how I did and I trusting on God that I will return your amount too

This entire company is a scam. Now the person that runs is "Prince". Just accept the fact that your money is gone but by reporting below you will help an innocent traveler save his hard earned money.
I would suggest everyone here whoever got scammed by these ### to raise a complaint with CYBER CRIME. It will hardly take 5 mins if you have all the proofs and date of transaction.

Prashant/Prince please return my hard earned money..You are still duping other people using the same modus operandi of sending a temporary booking and then cancelling it once you recieve payment from the victim. It is over one year now that you took 95000 from me last february 2019 to book my thailand trip you cheated me of my money and literally destroyed my children's once in a year holidays. Return my money.

I am receiving a call from India Ghoomo three months back and they will say Thailand package Rs.29500 person and also they show government approval lisence copies also. They tell me sir we will book a ticket for you after you pay money for me. The cheeter fellow name is prasanth. I dont know how many fathers he have. After i Transfer total money That blady roogh fellow show me a duplicate and fake ticket. After i ask to return my money he say today and tomorrow. Don't believe anyone India Ghoomo travels

After paying the advance payment you have said there is only one person traveling here how can any travel company arrange the trip with the same cost . and when asked for the increased amount you denied for the same . and started asking about the refund things . one more things to highlight here being into travel company we too have collaboration with the flight vendor where we get the good rate in the group booking . same was delivered to you and told about the ticket s booking, since you were in in hurry to get it cancelled. as per the cancellation policy you were suppose to get nothing but till i have informed you that i wont make you unhappy and refudn some of the amount being a human .
writing bad reviews over the internet wont help here . don't make the other viewer stressed by soiling the company name . be loyal and say what has happened .

Fraudster Prashanth is yet to give me my money for a trip to Bali which has coster me nearly 89k rupees..he has been cheating me to give money for nearly 2 years now and still now I have not received any money ..he is not even attending the calls as well now..he is a cheater and don't ever believe whatever he has..indiaghoomo is a fraud company and prashant is the master mind behind it .

Agar prince / prashant..tere mai thidi imandari bachi hogi..tab mera paisa kara dena..baki ..tera jaisa cheater ko pani bhi nasib nahi hoga..logo ki baddua lagegi...

the offer package was given with you into the group booking however it was girl traveling alone so India Ghoomo took the responsibility not to appoint any male driver through out the trip we gave Female driver to take care of . whatever was promised it was given the same way . now coming to the return tickets points, we also got to know not only 01 but 13 tickets were cancelled due to some technical fault. other wise we couldn't have told you to book return by paying 8K. you paid we appreciate that . India Ghoomo Taking step to return what was paid by you . you have already shared the details with us we will share the transaction supporting documents .
we never wanted any of our guest to be in trouble during the trip or booking with us . we hope a healthy relation with you . thank you .
