I have ordered a delivery of flowers and cookies online. They delivered the flowers but didn't delivered the cookies and they told me that there is no such person on that address, which is not true as they delivered the flowers on the same address.I keep calling their customer service department but all they say to me is we will give you a refund after 48 hours.I haven't received any refund on that order nor I have received that order and...

I ordered flowers from this website (www.indiaonlineflorist.com) and received confirmation of money deducted from my credit card but I didn't received any flowers. The customer service number given on website does not connects and is always busy. I want my money back. Please help....
