India Shelter Finance Corporation Ltd Complaints & Reviews

NDear Sir.

I had register death in the this loan and already 829000 is given to the India shelter finance but still they are asking for 2 lac more as emi bounce, latepayment etc..

Also not giving any statement of loan since inception ...The letter which had given to me is just showing emi not principle amount...

They had also calculated emi for may.june, july agust, sep 2021 but my mother dies in the month of may 2021 now who will pay this emi as loan member is no more in this world..

I had complain many times but no response also India shelter finance is not having ther grivence cell where we can complain...

They are charging daily 500 rs for delay in payment for closure the loan...

ow please help me in this and do the needfull...

The loan was taken in the name of My mother Jageshwari Pathak which is no more with us .She was died in the month of MAY 2021 and after which we had placed claim in India Shelters Finance Corporation in vadodara office.They had settle the claim but asking for 194000 as charges that we have to pay to get our house papers...

I had asked many times for details but they are not giving us any information ..

I had visited at there office in vadodara but no reply ..

they also not have grivence cell in there company where i can complain
