Ordered a bike spare part and didnt even get it. U have ordered it as cash on delivery. Till now no response from the website and cant even track the product. As it is not available in nearby stores i ordered through indiaspares. I thought it would deliver the product. But very poor. Order is still now processing and can track at all. Please help in resolving the issue.

Dear sir,
I orderd for spare parts of yamaha rx 100 and after making the payment they have raises the issue of delivery charges. Even though they are only making the fool to the customer. They are not responding to customer. So i recommend not to buy any product from them. They service is worst. They take the order and customer has to run behind the company to get spare. Even though earlier also as per specification they don't provide the items. Once his transportation policy is not clear so not to bye on line product from him.

Inappropriate Part Marking.. Poor response after sales

I have ordered few yamahaa bike parts from India Spares using their website http://indiaspares.in/. I wanted to order Tail Cover (Right side) and Foot rest for my bike which is Red/Black in color.
While looking for that, I found the same part name for two products with two different part numbers. The part name looked like COVER, TAIL - 2 - YB. Similarly they have mentioned PROTECTOR, FOOT RE.
Consider the above could be the correct one I ordered these Items and found both are not the one which I was looking for.
While contacting the customer support and to the mobile number which they have provided, both replied with the same answer saying that, it was my mistake. I was shocked and asked them why you have mentioned the part name clearly with color and other specifications.
For this they said, I should call them before ordering any item. This was completely ridiculous and when I asked, if I need to buy 1000 items, should I need to call and ensure the part number, part name and specification for all 1000 items.
Very politely they replied "I[censored] need correct item, then you should do".
Finally I decided to return the items and requested them, that I will buy different items for that cost which I have ordered earlier. 654 + 310 shipping.
Now comes another issue. They said I have to bear the shipping charges for the return and again I need to pay the shipping charges for my reorder. That too with the condition, I should send via their shipping partners only. (Bluedart, DHL, FedEx, Delhivery).
As I live in Chennai and the India spare warehouse is in Jharkhand, I went to the so called shipping partners and inquired about cost. I was fainted, they said 1000Rs.
When I have told them I paid only 310 for getting, they said the customer is having an account, so there may be discount.
For getting an item worth 654Rs, I have spend 310Rs for shipping and again to return i need to spend more than total cost of it.
I really don't know how to handle these money minded, irresponsible peoples.

We are aware of your issue, and you also know that we are ready to resend you another material.
First of all, the marking of the product was YB ...Yamaha Black, it is not been named by us, but by the manufacturer YAMAHA itself, and as gladiator SS series 35B4 we having only two colour options that too both of them were black in colour, we can not name the products on ourself.
Again we would like to state that both the parts were marked YB on the same page, we have provided chat services, customer call numbers and email ids of our customer care, these things are very frequent with the end users and we have always helped our customers, and for this purpose these things have been provided, daily hundreds of consumer call , write or chat with us regarding any confusion, as we are also aware that not all the end users are so much technical.
As far as the part return is concerned, our shipping policy is clearly mentioned that if we send wrong parts, we bear both side shipping, else not,
Please tell our fellow net users reading this review, weather you got the correct part or not AS ORDERED, if we would have sent wrong part, we would have gladly shipped you anither at our cost.
And for returning, you have used india post, not Bluedart, fedex aramax or delhivery.

I am not sure about the quality of the parts I am about to get, just placed an order so will not comment now. But, the diagrams with number marking provided for each major replacement area is commendable. It is a blow-up version the factory uses in the manuals for spare part packing.
I have ordered non-critical parts for testing and if happy will order the tank for RX100. It is our responsibility to check for the right part, this is India and motorcycle OEM spares being online is actually a miracle. For me it is a boon as my bike is RX100.
The cost is approximately the same as the shop owner, the benefit is, I do not have to endure traffic, smoke, pollution and spend on petrol for the few extra rupees I am paying. Since this is the first time I am not writing about the quality of the parts, will write once they arrive.

I have a bitter experience to share. I placed an order of 2 small items order#[protected] with india spares on dt 24.08.2105 after making full advance payment online. Even after 6 months they have neither sent my items nor have the courtesy to refund my money. most unethical & fraud company.
