Sub applied for loan from india bulls dhani app. Got the loan. Paid 5 installment. 05 dec i paid my fifth installment but it did not reflect in the app. And app showing 8.76rs over due why... But debeited my emi dec 5th continiously sending the mails but no one is responding. Even customer care number is also not working. Very disappointed with the team. Is it the way how the work in service industry. My account alreeady debited amount

Dear Team India bulls, I am extremely disappointed with kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour you guys treat your client. I am feeling like a beggar that I am following up with your team for my disbursal but no body is actually bothered enough to respond to my calls and from 31st of march today is 4th of April and I have no clue where my disbursal cheque is. I would request you to kindly get in touch with me as I now no longer interested to take your favour as you made me feel like a beggar, so I will at least go and beg with some other bank where my prayer at least will be answer and after approval I will certainly get my amount.
