I have recharged my jio number (Protected) with ammount of rupee 349 on 14 dec 2018. When i open my jio app and click the 399 recharged he show me 50 rupee discount and deduct my upi bank account throw [protected]@icici 349 rupee. Amount deduct my upi acc. But recharge was not done. I complain my jio customer toll free number but he says you wait some days your money will be refunded but my money was never refunded. I complaint my upi bank...

I have recharged for jio recharge rs.498/- on 19th october 09.32 hours through jio upi and i was prompted to open sbi upi and amount was collected by [protected]@upi through sbi bank. The transaction upi ref no[protected] till date jio account was not received the money and recharge has not been done but my bank account was debited
Kindly do the needful to recharge my jio phone or refund the amount. Thanks regard muruganandam...

Sir i have made my jio recharge of 459rs throw bhim app. Money was dedicated from my account but not received by jio. Transaction id is[protected] dated 8 november at 2:30pm. Please look forward for it and refund my amt. App shows transaction approved by [protected]@[protected]@upi. I dont have any idea how this indiaidea is linked to jio. Jio customer care reply when call they not received....
