I placed an order on may 1, 2018. Received an email stating that i would receive an email when the item ships. I received no such emails. I tried calling them on [protected] multiple times during the day. No one picked up. I whatsapped too. The website says "call/whatsapp us @ [protected]". But this number is invalid. I emailed twice on [protected]@indiameds.in asking about the status. I wanna lodge a complaint.

Order:[protected] has been placed on[protected] where seller haven't shipped or delivered my order i contacted many time seller not responding.
Needed:
Immediately book a fraud case against www.indiameds.in
And provide my full paid amount and also provide compensation of rs: 1000/- for the inconvenience caused!

Did you get your money back? I am in the same soup. Ordered a product on May 1 - it's been 2 weeks but I haven't received any email regarding the shipment of the product or the actual product. Had chosen credit card as mode of payment (nobody stays at home in the office to receive cash on delivery orders).

Sir purchase 3 Memtone syrup on that date of 01/31/2019 from indiameds.in.Now they are not giving me the money.Do not give medicine.I have been contacted by phone many times.They repeatedly say that money will be given.But not yet given.Sir, please take a look at my case.
I have also ordered medicine from indiameds on 05/02/2019 and till now I didn't get the medicine nor my refund.
