I saw an activa 4g for rs 16500 on olx
I called the person he told I will have to pay 1100 token to book it I paid him that he told he was an army officer on duty at andheri airport (BOM) so I believed him as He sent his canteen card
The person called us at Andheri metro station and then he told to transfer 3120 rs for gate pass slip... He told be was an army officer so we believed him and paid him
Then he asked for the remaining amount that was 12300 I paid him that also
Then he told the amount should be net... 12260 as he cannot send amount to account more than that and told that he will give it back when he will bring the scooty...
I paid him that also
Then he said for rs.. 9999 for insurance slip and all that...
I paid him that also..
Then he sent a slip of vehical with all amount and delievery slip he said that it is a government vehicle so It cannot be given to you directly so he said it will be delievered at your address... My father believed him and came back home... But now I realise it was a trap and the person Mantosh yadav Was a big fraud
He looted a total of 38759 rs from us😭😭😭 which is avery big amount for us as I am from a poor family...
Plz help me get my money back
This person has cheated so many people and still active with this fraud

Hi,
I contacted to this person named mantosh yadav who claimed to be in indian army and wanted to sell his bike activa 4g on quikr. He asked for 20000 and after negotiation he agreed on 16000. When i asked for the insurance he said the expiry date is till 2020. Then he said that i have initiated the courier service and the bike will reach to you at the given time by indian army transport parcel department. But he asked for 3020₹ and said that after the bike arrives you need to deduct that amount and pay me the remaining amount. But then i searched this online and found that others have also went through similar situation and its a fraud.
Luckily i escaped through this.

I also came across similar situation ... why he is still doing fraud & cheating people ... why his telephone numbers not being blocked ... he can be easily trapped if police want to do it ... he is still answering calls using same numbers .. police can find from where the SIMs issued, what is the exact location of these SIMs ...

Can somebody tellme if i need to file a complaint for misuse of my aadhar card in future? I have been cheated in the same way yesterday, i lost 3000 rupees too(though he was asking more amount stating security deposit n all, i hesitated and asked him to refund my money back but it was too late, i had already tranferred him 3K and then i got to know about this fraudster from google, wish i was atleast sane enough to check on google once. anyway now that i have lost my money but i had sent him my Id size photo and my aaddhar card photo on whatsapp. somebody plz tellme if i should report it or let go. I also came across similar situation . mantosh yadav want online payment as security charges for selling active 4g and demanding through phone call on 07.02.2020 he sent me bike paper and adhar card and when i said "no, i will not pay online amount without checking bike" he immediatly delete all whatsapp conversation and photo. i called to quiker customer care to inquire about this and take action but quiker said " sent email with all details then we check" Mantosh yadav no.[protected]

hi .. my friend from Thane dist near mumbai was also a victim, he too paid 22k, can u share all details and chronology . need to register a proper cyber cell complaint, there are many out there making fast bucks without doing any work, while most of us are struggling with the current economic crises, do share your transaction details ( date of conversation, phone numbers, etc ) on [email protected] and i will register a complaint with all those plus in the trail of messages on this site, i reside close to BKC, the mumbai cyber cell office is close by.
I lost 5k today. He was asking me to pay more 13 k when I said I can't then he blocked me.

He is fraud. I called him Today. He Demanded 3020 rs as transfer charges and said he'll transfer the bike to my place. We asked him if we can collect the bike ourself to which he denied multiple times and later he agreed to meet at airport. Meanwhile thank god, I saw this post and his fake Facebook profile. We asked him his live location after that he said he has sold the bike already. He's using the name of army to all the wrong doings. His number had begali caller tune as well and certainly operating from north east. Please take the police action against him.

I've recorded his phone call as well. This happened from OLX. He acted very professionally. Looks like he gets activated every 2-3 months. Neither submitted Aadhar card, nor I shared any money to this fraudster.

I fail to understand that if so many o[censored]s have complained against the same man who sitll continues to dupe people.. then what the hell is the police doing.. we need to do something to create pressure on the police. If all o[censored]s are from maharashtra lets write a joint letter to the DGP of Maharashtra. Because the cyber police will not do anything. If we all have details about our complaints please lets write this letter. this will continue and this man needs to be nabbed
