Use indian army transportation some cheat me in facebook for 110000 amount please check and take action
In facebook I see honda activa one come 15000 and I call for him he say to first 3000 for delivery if you like it than pay other amount other wise keep it. But his delivery boy you have to pay other 6999 and 2999 rs to check point purpose then he say another 19999 rs insurance three times to take mail is not conforming from company say you pay the insurance amount 33000 and last he say pay 33000 if not pay then you can't get money from office for 2 month and 12day that's why I pay this much of amount sir please take action immediately

I saw a Honda Activa 5G Scooter Model 2019 for sale registered in MAHARASHTRA SOLAPUR, RTO- SOLAPUR, Registration No - MH13DJ5517 in Facebook, when I contacted the person Mr. Ganesh Sagar on 05th may 2021 with his no- [[protected]] he said he is a army person, stationed at CISF camp in MUMBAI Andheri and he wanted to sell his bike, because he has been transferred to Bangalore. he asked me for my Aadhar card, and Pan card which I provided to him after which he said he would send the bike to my location after I pay him the below mentioned amount

NOTE that he said he will return all the previously paid amount if I don't like the vehicle. After this he demanded more as part of GST and again demanded the 11500/- extra charges to upload the Invoice. After this I refused to pay and wanted my money back he said it is not possible as there are many formalities of army. I will provide all the details in below:-

On 18 feb 21 in the name of Bavesh Bhai, he is working in Indian Army and his service no is 88453585M as a Sepoy. He post on olx for selling an activa 5g a location at Mithapur, Gujarat. As we conversation between the deal I think he is lived at that placed n even he show his uniform to believe the deal. So I trusted him because I m also a service personal. And I asked where he posted. As he said that he was posted at Vadodara Army Canteen. First he said to me that I ll required to make payment of rs. 3150 for transport charge. So I did a payment. At late night one of the delivery boy call to make a payment for gst charge rs 9999. This price was not mentioned during the previous payment, so I called to Bhavesh immediately n spoken about the problem but still he gave me guarantee to refund that when the parcel was delivered. After discussion around one hr I convinced him to show his Service ID Card but he send me Canteen card, so I started to suspect him. I forced him to show his id card. He said to me that he was on duty in canteen store so many cctv camera there, he jst show a few sec than I took a chance to screen recorder but I know the Army Personnel Id card but his i card was yellow colour. Then I told to him that You are not an army personnel because I know army i card than he told me that he was a store keeper for army. So I made the payment for gst amount. But within few sec, I received a call from delivery boy to make payment for gps amount rs. 31500. Then I shock that this guy are make me fool in the name of armed forces. So I give u all details to solved me, all the contact no. mentioned on the delivery slip are included his no also, that no are already uploaded, pliz help me.

I am Shefali Verma, staying in Navi Mumbai.I saw advertisement on olx of bicycle worth 5000 Rs from a account named Vikas Patel. I called on the number given on the site.

On the call i was informed that person who is selling bicycle is working under Indian Army and he told me that he will deliver the bicycle to my address so i forwarded my detailed address to him. I got his call again in which he said me to pay 1000 Rs that will be deducted from the final amount.

Today afternoon which is 28 July, 2020 at 01:24 pm, I made a transaction through Phone Pay to Mobile no. [protected] (Name : Tapan Sutradhar) to buy a bicycle of 1000 Rs as token.

Later, he called me again saying that i have forwarded receipt of transport and handed over call to another person who is transport in-charge named - Amit Sharma. Amit Sharma informed me that I have to transfer 3150 Rs as insurance for transport of bicycle.

When I disagreed on his terms, he started talking to me in aggressive manner. I told him on the call that I don't want to buy his bicycle and return my money back to me.

Still waiting for him to transfer my money but I am sure he won't return it back. I have also written mail regarding this transaction to my bank and will try my best to escalate this issue as much as i can so that someone else shouldn't be cheated as i was.

Hence, request you to please give serious attention on this issue and
take immediately legal action against such fraudsters.
