I went for a follicular study scan.. First point they are asking to remove the footwear and use their rest room.. I don't know where is the COVID safety measures here, also the way they are treating the patients inside the scan room is speech less.. No disposal covers in the bed, no gloves used by the scan doctor and the assistants, the scan instrument has to be cleaned by the patients themselves and the admin ppl inside scan room are extremely rude.. Patients had to wait with full bladder for a very long time making them to suffer literally and once patients lost their patience and shout they are immediately allowed inside which means there is no sequence nor its systematic here.

I was so much disappointed regarding the service i got from Indian scan. They are just money minded.Don't know how to deal with the patient.i took my wife in ambulance for scan it took
3 hrs for scan just stomach MRI scan.I was just asked only the x ray first so that we can start the treatment..it took 1 hr to just get the x ray to be delivered after the scan. After it was delivered to reception no one is ready to just give us .when i keep on enquiring they telling to wait.later on i went to lab to enquire about the X Ray. They said it was delivered to reception 15 min ago.There is no customer relation over-there.They just asked the money first after that they never care.Even when i collect the report i need to ask for the invoice they did't provide the same.

I went indian scan at 11 am and we were waiting for 3 hour scan. There is no appointment system even there is no proper response about when we asked about how long we need to wait. Their simple answer is "please wait, we will call you". Also I like to record one more concern that our doctor referred Dr. Murugan for scanning but he charged Rs.200 extra in addition to normal charges. Normal charge itself expensive when compared to other scanning center. The bottom line is indian scan is not worth for money. Be wise to save time and money.
