Indian Oil Fuel station : Khwaja Gareebun Nawaz Fuel Station(Indian Oil)

This is regarding tha above said Fuel station not supporting digitals payments(cards, UPI, ..etc) since it was started which is mandatory as per GOI.

People requested or asked many times they simply refused to accept digitals payments, staff and owner simply saying because of digital payments they need to pay taxes.

I had filled Rs 2000/- diesel in my Mahindra tuv on 25.8.22 at ICARPORT SAHAR INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, MUMBAI. My bill no is 50608
I had filled the diesel around 8pm and went home which is around 2 kms from it. Next day i was going in opposite direction and as due to no traffic when i increased my speed, my vehicle engine suddenly turned off in middle of the highway!

Somehow, i managed to park it and after some time started it and went ahead, but unfortunately same problem happened again. Since on highway could not find a mechanic i called my regular Mahindra service centre at chunabhatti and explained the whole problem.

He advised me to drive the vehicle at low speed and bring it to the center. When i reached there, the person arranged for a scanner / laptop and came to the conclusion that the diesel filled was having water content and so the fuel tank and fuel pump, pipe, filter has to be overhauled due to presence of water.

Thus I am unable to use my vehicle due to breakdown of my vehicle (since last 2 days) plus i have to spend for unnecessary repair / overhauling charges of service center for bad quality of fuel delivered to me.

So, i want to raise a complaint against this IndianOil petrol pump / dealer named ICARPORT on urgent basis for recovery of the repair / overhaul charges of my vehicle being incurred

Last but not least to mention, the name of this dealer is not mentioned in the list of petrol pumps in Greater Mumbai and Mumbai City category on the complaint portal of IndianOil, so i was unable to complain to IndianOil directly. i wonder if this dealer is even genuine one or not. Please investigate the same also.

Transaction id no: [protected]. Payment was made on 6th March 2022. But when the cylinder was brought to my home, the delivery boy claimed that it has not been received and I should pay cash.
Spoke to the dealers office, and they claimed that what the boy says is correct.
WHY this?

My LPG payment got depostied at another branch by mistake so i want that payment to be returned to me.

I had a physical Extra Rewards Card No [protected] which was the original Extra Rewards Card which I had and I normally use every time I refuel any of my Cars. While installing Indane mobile app on my android phone another extra rewards card no PR[protected] got generated and linked to my registered mobile no with Indane visible on the app with a credit of 70.666 points. Now few petrol stations recharge points to mobile number and few...

I am not getting messages on the time of booking cylinder, otp on the time of delivary. ps resolve the problem.

My name is jasvinder Singh, my relative {kirpal Singh ingratiated} have taken a new connection of gas from dhuri gas agency in dhuri,date[protected] customer no.19405 name kirpal Singh. We book gas cylinder and we take only gas cylinder but your office employer say not give us gas cylinder. Your office employer with compelling gives us some product detail as shown in down. Company owner gurpal Singh {[protected]} says that we can’t gives you that things with cylinder that product gives by indane company, he says that if you purchase only gas cylinder we can’t permit you to purchase only gas cylinder, you purchase that all things with it.

I happened to visit the Indianoil petrol bunk (ARC Petroleum Services) in Guindy, Chennai. I asked the staff to load petrol in my car for Rs.1000/-. They filled up for Rs.200/- and said done. On querying why they filled for only Rs.200/- they started filling up the petrol again without resetting it to 0 and the meter was stopped at Rs.800/- itself. Savings of Rs.200/- for them. I shouted with them to get the filling done. I spoke to the duty manager also, but i believe he is also aware of this and he didn't show any interest on this.

This is a regular occurence in the petrol bunks. Consumers be aware of this. They will somehow divert the attention and do this trick.
