And they delivered a product that have a small label embedded in it saying it is made in china. Flipkart delivered product with an open box delivery that will check for any hardware problems before accepting the product. Delivery person told that 7 day replacement...

I am writing to raise a concern regarding a laptop I recently purchased from Flipkart. Below are the details of my order:

Unfortunately, the laptop has been experiencing significant overheating issues, making it difficult to use. This problem has persisted since I received the product, and it seems to be a manufacturing defect.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for a replacement or a refund at the earliest convenience. Please let me know if any further information or actions are required from my side.

I am buy nothing phone 1 from Flipkart and the seller is Indiflashmart in this phone problem is sim card automatically disable I am trying many time but the sim card automatically disable any time

A few days ago we ordered Lenovo tab from Flipkart when we received the product we opened it then we saw there is no voice call option so on that same day we have done the cancellation procedure but there was no refund option except a replacement one. But we don't want a replacement, we want a refund. But they are not really accepting the request o[censored]s. It's a really troublesome thing.

I prefer nothing phone 1 and it's has a very small dent on the right corner and looks like used product i returned after 2 days usage to check out the phone but it's recent touch is sometimes not working when I restart the phone it's again working I feel that the screen of the nothing phone 1 is changed and the screen colour is yellowise in colur always

I ordered a black Color adidas original trouser and they deliver me adidas black trouser but not that particular product .I simply requested to return the product and I send the unboxing product video but what your custome care is doing is simply telling me that we have sent the correct product and the customer is lying and they’re simply dictating and threatening the customers.I have the product opening video and I have contacted your customer care for more than 50 times but they are all like we’re helpless and I can’t waste my money like this for the product which is of no use to me.it’s not my fault it’s your fault and the person who called me was literally threatening me .please help me with this

Indiflashmart — Rejection of return of Poco x3 pro
I ordered poco x3 pro from flipkart but the phone is not working properly so I requested for return as it was under return policy but my request was pending without any update and now when policy is out of date flipkart rejected my request because the seller indiflashmart is rejecting it....

He send return request on 20/10/2021, but they rejected the request .He contact with company many times but he is not getting any satisfactory response and delaying to provide any solution.So he wants to lodge a grievance .He wants the solution as soon as possible .
