Payment of rs. 302/- to uppcl.com was made vide ebanking : 73538265/[protected]/paytm payment gat 302 on 18/09/2017 but the payment showed failed but was not refunded in my account back and another payment of rs. 50/- was made for recharge vodafone vide ebanking :[protected]/paytm payment gat 50/- on 18/09/2017 and the payment showed failed still the amount was not refunded to my bank account back....

All operator are Sahamt with customer but can't help customer. Worst management. No alternate booking for odd hours. No backup concept implemented. Very unprofessional.no value of commitment. Recommend any cab other than ola this is learning today....
