Dear sir
मेरे नाम गौरव कुमार है मे मुजफ्फरपुर बिहार से हू मेरे शिकायत न. -BIH[protected] मेरे Acar Led 43 inch का रिमोट खराब हो गया है. लेकिन आज तक इंजीनियर ना तो कॉल किये है ना ही घर पे आए है. 10-15 पहले भी Acer मे शिकायत किये थे लेकिन इंजीनियर बिना घर पे आये मेरे शिकायत को हटा दिये. आज जब इंजीनियर को फोन किये तो बोलते है आपको वारंटी मे चार्ज देना होगा. जब इस बात पे विरोध किये तो उनके तरफ से बोला गए आपका शिकायत का कोई सुनवाई नहीं होगा आपको जहा शिकायत करना है कर दो. मेरे कोई कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता है...
सर कृपया कर मेरी शिकायत की कार्यवाही करे...

I have purchased Acer television (55inches)date of 11th October2023. From that day one after tv installation. Tv has creating probelem. Audio and video not matching. I tried to complaint customer care am not getting proper response. Then again i tried your customer care and collected your chennai service incharge mobile .his name is Manikandan([protected]). I spoken to him he will arrange service engineer and they come and check my tv and installed new software. After itself issue not resolved. Then that service person told me Mother board probelm. Still problem was not solved. diffrnet noise was coming in tv. Its very worst service

Please do not buy. The service is pathetic. I had purchased a 50 Inch TV on Feb The TV panel has got black spot within 3 months The complaint was registered on 7th August. Today it is 26th with no resolution.
Here is my experience:

The tech visited and inspected the TV. Asked his superiors and opened the TV to collect some pictures. Was advised that once the documents are submitted, the brand would inspect them and...

Product: Acer 108 cm (43 inches) Boundless series 4K Ultra HD Android Smart LED TV

I have registered a complaint (Complaint Reference No. 220917KLCD206618) with Acert TV India related to the display problem of my 43 inch Acer 4k Android TV on September 17, 2022. A couple days later, a technician came home to inspect the problem and assured that I am eligible for the replacement since the product is still under the warranty.

Since then, there was no further information, I raised the case again on October 10, 2022 and a representative called back assured that the replacement will be effected within seven days.

As of now, more than 3 months have lapsed since the complaint was first registered, it is very disappointing that there is still no further information from ACER TV authorities. If the assured replacement is not possible, it's my request that the hard earned money of Rs.27, 000/- which I spent on this faulty product may be refunded so that I can assure myself a peace of mind.

Further, Acer is not picking up the customer care number +[protected] available on www.acertvindia.com

Sorry to say, I feel like cheated & I am totally disappointed by the disgusting customer care policy of such a renowned brand.

Please do not buy. The service is pathetic. I had purchased a 50 Inch TV on 24th July. The TV stopped working within a month. The complaint was registered on 27th August. Today it is 16th of September with no resolution. Here is my experience:
Delivery was smooth and installation as expected
On 27th the TV broke down and I registered a compalint.
The tech visited the next day and inspected...
