I have purchased Acer television (55inches)date of 11th October2023. From that day one after tv installation. Tv has creating probelem. Audio and video not matching. I tried to complaint customer care am not getting proper response. Then again i tried your customer care and collected your chennai service incharge mobile .his name is Manikandan([protected]). I spoken to him he will arrange service engineer and they come and check my tv and...

Please do not buy. The service is pathetic. I had purchased a 50 Inch TV on Feb The TV panel has got black spot within 3 months The complaint was registered on 7th August. Today it is 26th with no resolution.
Here is my experience:

The tech visited and inspected the TV. Asked his superiors and opened the TV to collect some pictures. Was advised that once the documents are submitted, the brand would inspect them and...
