Indo Heavy Weight Iron D.22-01400
I have purchased this iron Date 07.12.2022 (One year warranty card). In this period two times this iron damages. My cotton shirt and wife chunni burned this iron and given to Sharma electronics for repaired.
After that it is running very slow and not iron warm properly.
I m very upset to purchase this product
I m not satisfied with it..
Pl replace it as soon as possible.
Note : In one year 4 times this iron damaged.. Very bad product...

Faulty geyser and stealing of geyser from home

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased a 35litres geyser, Brand Indo appliances in June 2020. During its usage, it started leaking and also started to short circuit. The same was complained to service number of Indo appliances but despite passage of more than 4 months, the company has failed to mend the defects in the geyser. This is clear lack of service which may result in electrocution and short circuit resulting in fatal consequences.
I urge you to kindly take steps against the company officials and arrange for a decision against the company to punish them against offering a defective product. Also, I request to issue order against company officials for lack in delivery of service which is breach of trust with a custom.
It's quite insulting and frustrating that despite my regular complaints to service support at Agra(Mr Ravi), he isn't bother d to re-install my 35 ltrs geyser, which he has forcefully kept with himself for the purpose of repairing since January 2021.
Does it take 10 months to repair a geyser and does your company follow a model of stealing geysers from customers place.
Kindly take extreme steps so that consumer rights is protected. Also guide me, if I can lodge an FIR against the service providers as the complacency of officials might have resulted in adverse consequences which might be fatal.
Kindly treat the matter as most urgent

Sir, this gyser is not working properly, it is repaired by supplier most of the time still it is having so much problems, even water is not boiled as other gysers. No automatic green light off. Nothing is good about this gyser at all. I purchased this in 4000 rs. But its price is too low n even i spent lot of money again n again in warranty period. This product is still in warranty period but i dont want this at all. Plz do something this...
