Cheating with Damaged Products

I purcahsed a Brand new Maruti Swift Zxi, Hatchback this December. Received the car afer long battle with the Marketing team. But after that i found that the car was a damaged one with damages in mirrors which i complained and was offered to be replaced. The car was bought for Rs6.86L and still the parts are not replaced. Even after complaining a lot to the people has no effect. It says that customers are kings but these dealers treat customers...
