Word boy Ramana. His behaviour not good and his not helping to patient. Patient asking for going wash but his not responding, his angry every time when was patient asking for that. Even infront of me he did same like this... please bref him, except this guy all nurses and doctors very friendly... please take a action for him.

    They never receive our calls which is most irritating point. And if once in a blue moon they the call up they're very rude and they don't provide proper information and just hang up the call in a while. I often feel like laughing at you guys because what is your contact number for and why do you pay ptcl bills since you never pick the calls up?

    There is a lot to speak about but i would like to sum up by letting you know that i am anticipating that enough of the damage has been done to my kidney and god forbids!!! If anything happens to me i would take a legal action and file a lawsuit against the indus hospital and its doctors mainly!!!

    I truly appreciate the founder of the indus hospital and i believe indus can be a reliable institution until and unless there is an accountability towards the culprits, especially senior staff members, and doctors like anees and uzma farooqi are simply have nothing to do with hospital kind of thing.
    A sub normal healthy patient shifted in #CANCER WARD and staff are rudely behaved when patient disagree against shifting between all kind of serious patient.
    Please let me know did u take a strong action against your staff member

      The lab guy is really unskilled. He couldn't take my blood sample at first and then he took it in the second time and it was so miserable. It left a bruise on my arm. I will leave a photo right here. It is not responsible on part of the hospital to have such unskilled people working. It can put someone's life in danger as well. I request you to take action.

        I seriously don't think so that you guys are able to run this hospital. Six months ago, my mother had high blood pressure issue and i took her to indus hospital in emergency. At that time her blood pressure was 180/90 that i have checked with my own bp apparatus.in emergency first they wasted my 15 minutes in taking information of patient, her name, her age and then when finally they gave me card and token number which was 303. And at that time they were checking token number 50. I said them very politely that she has high blood pressure they said to me madam its not emergency she has to wait atleat one and half hour. And then i took her somewhere else. Their policies sucks.

          Yesterday i have submitted my brother card for opd. But we have to wait for 4 hours and after that the dr amin chinoy was not in his room. The admission staff and especially security gaurds using the abusing language and humiliating language with us and each patient.
          Is this one the policy of indus hospital??? Plz do considered on time management and about peoples who are come on time and waiting for several times...

            اسلام علیکم انڈس ہسپتال بدین سندھ کا نظام انتہای بدنظمی کا شکار ہے یہاں آئے غریب لوگوں کو فقیر اٶ حقیر سمجاجاتا ہے یہاں کا اسٹاف اپنی من مانی کرتا اور اپنے منپصند لوگوں کو ڈاکٹر سے چیک اپ کرویا جاتا ہے اور لوگ سارا سارا دن لمبی لمبی لائن میں کہڑے رہیتے ہیں اور بغیر کسی چیک اپ کے واپس جانا پڑتا ہےاور ڈاکٹر ٹاہیم پر نہیں آتے اگر کوئ ڈاکٹر موجود ہوتا ہے تو مریضوں کا ٹائیم ضائعہ کرتے ہیں میری آپ سے درخوست ہے براۓ مہربانی اس مسلے پر غور کریں تاکے غریب اور بیسہارا لوگوں کو ان کا حق ملسکے

              I am going to tell you about some things of multan institute of kidney diseases which need amendments. The behavior of some people from the staff of this hospital is really nail-biting, rude and unbearable. They act like they are the ruler of this hospital and they don't have to care about some damn patients. Now, you are going to think why would i bother to pay some heed on such a baseless complain which don't even have a single proof.. I'm going to tell you a heart-rending incident which only occurred due the insistence and carelessness of mr. Bilal (A member of staff)..
              Some times my mother legs don't bear the weight of his own body. My elder brother used to come with my mother for dialysis purpose, he helped my mother to walk and reach the bed. When she laid down on the bed... Mr bilal came and told her to shift on another bed. My brother strictly told him, not to bother her bcz she was not feeling well and won't be able to walk. But after the departure of my brother he keep on insisting to her to change the bed. She told him that she won't be able to walk even a single inch. But he forced her to left his bed. She stood up and fell down due to which her ankle was twisted and her bone was cracked. And all this fuss was just because of a dialyzer... There was a dialyzer of other person on the machine but instead of replacing the dialyzer he preferred to exchange beds... Isn't it laziness and carelessness. So therefore, i can say that due to his bad attitude and carelessness this mishap occurred. I beg you to kick out such persons who don't even know how to act with a patient. So that people could feel a little safe in this hospital. If such people keep on playing with people lives just because they are lazy and they enjoy this... Then there would be no guarantee for anyone's life... Plz pay some heed on this complain and do something about this...

                Yesterday i admitted my wife in gayne department. The admission staff and especially security gaurds using the abusing language and humiliating language with us and each patient.
                Is this one the policy of indus hospital muzafargarh???
                The security persons byforce stop by hearing a call to lady. They say they are all in all here. No one can do nothing against us.

                  My name is khalil adnan and I was in Indus hospital yesterday last night for my chest infection unit receptionist talk to me very rudely when is say for this is wrong date of birth which was mentioned on my registration card and he just ask me my age instead of the date of birth and they write w/o Ghulam Masih instead of d/o on my wife's registration card they are not listening properly and have no manners that how to talk to some one and doctors they are talking about their friends in they ward they have have no professionalism
                  Your doctors in Shebaz sharif hospital lider is very rough because 2_4_2018 is delivery date given for us butt now they are saying that we have now recording regarding your pregnancy although we have properly treated by subjected hospital please resolve my issues on priority basis for contact [protected]

                    Hello Indus. This mail is written to inform you, regarding the careless service/response provided by the doctor in the emergency ward, during the night shift. My mother was brought down to hospital at 11:15pm in a bit serious condition. The response of the doctor was like, the senior doctor won't be available nor I can do something. Just admit the patient. The only thing he was saying 'admit the patient'. Due to improper behaviour of the doctor, I had to shift my mother to different hospital. Considering indus hospital as one of the prominent hospital in town, this wasn't expected. Please take some action towards him. It's a matter of a patience life. Thank you.
