Deep Freezer ordered not delivered till from industry4tools RS 11700

Industry4tools has cheated me through online order of Blue star water dispenser which we have donated to Poor school children. It costs 5000 Rs.

I purchased a high pressure washer from the mentioned site on 17/02/2021 till date there is no delivery and no one picks calls from given numbers and not replying to mails regarding refund and currently website is showing store under maintanence, On searching more about i found two more website which previously use same method of fraud, build a website take orders and close the website, i think all these owner is same, following are two more websites www.mahadevtyres.com and hondainnovative

We ordered one number of deepfreezer in industry4tools online sit on Mar 3 2021 and we made the payments of Rs. 11, 700. Till now we didn't anything about delivery. We sent lots of email. They didn't response

The product mentioned above was ordered on 12th March having order I'd #VKHUK given by email of rs 14883 and given at 10% discount at RS 13394. Now it's 17th MARCH TILL now I have not received any response from company and also their webpage is not opening and thier phone is also blocked.

श्रीमान महोदय, मेरा नाम कामेश्वर चौरसिया है मैं कुशीनगर उत्तर प्रदेश का रहने वाला हूँ, सर मैंने दिनांक 24/02/2021 मे एक कृषि यंत्र (AgriPro-Power-Cultivator-7-HP-Gear-Transmission-APC100FQ) Industry4Tools वेबसाइट के माध्यम से ऑर्डर किया था, जिसके लिए मैंने अपने खाते से फोनपे के माध्यम से 19976 रुपये का ऑनलाइन भुगतान किया था, लेकिन उस कंपनी ने हमारे साथ धोखाधड़ी करते हुए दिनांक 15/03/2021 को Moglix कंपनी के माध्यम से 126.27 रुपये का (All in one facial steamer vaporizer) के नाम का प्रोडक्ट xpressbee surface कूरियर के माध्यम से डिलीवरी किया, अतः महोदय जी से निवेदन है कि इस मामले को संग्यान में लेते हुए इस पर शीघ्र ही उचित कार्यवाही करने की कृपा करें, और मेरे पूरे पैसे के साथ-साथ मानसिक प्रताड़ना व हर्जाने की भरपाई कराने की कृपा प्रदान करें . धन्यवाद

Tired of calling their customer number & several emails but NO RESPONSE..

It looks like this company is fake..

This refers to my prepaid order no.HMCCC Dt. 21.2.2021 for Three Mirror Cabinets. Unfortunately I've received only one Cabinet.Amount involved Rs 3645.

Prepaid Shoe Cabinet was ordered vide No. UKCSI on 5.3.2021 which is not delivered yet. Amount involved Rs 2934.20

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I bought powerhouse 10 ton hydraulic bottle jack PS010 on[protected] but still haven't received my order.. Have emailed for the package status but NO REPLY ever...

I bought Generic Double Barrel Manual Seeder cum Fertilizer for Agriculture at Rs 6839 on 20 feb 2021 and on 6march I have got fulcrum 1.63 Ton Grab hook grade G70 of rs139. The customer care number is not responding and the email reply is not being given by the company. Please help me.

I had ordered a Bluestar water cooler from the website https://www.industry4tools.com/ on 6th March 2021.

I paid amount of INR 3746.70 through my ICICI credit card.

After the order was placed I received an order confirmation which i have saved as pdf file.

Before ordering I spoke on their customer care number [protected] | [protected] for some GST related question and my call was answered at once.

Now after ordering they are not picking up any number to which I got suspicious and emailed them asking when they are planning to ship the product on their email address: [protected]@industry4tools.com.

Now I also searched online about the website and it seems that I have been cheated of my money and the website is a fraud.
