I order an clogs in 11 June and I pay it on Paytm but there is no reply from them

I hv order crocs but don’t get any updates from website my money also get debited

I hv ordered two pairs of crocs this morning and I haven't received any confirmation for my order but my money got debited from my account... Please look into it

Money debited from my account via paytm wallet there is no confirmation message come

I had ordered 1 pair of crocs and made online payment but i didnt receive any conformation from site

They are taking money from us no reply

They just steal your money and don't give the product. That's all. They have created a website with good deals. And when you place an order, they get your money, but the order will never be delivered.

I have placed an order and the same happened to me.

I have paid 1238 for 3 crocs and didn't get the the orders and didn't even get a confirmation notice.

This is totally fraud give me back my money ..pls people don't buy in this infinity deals.. please be carefully i wil advice in Google

I had ordered 1 pair of sandle and made online payment but i didnt receive any conformation from site, My order ID:146547 .

I already paid rs 988 on google pay for my order but after that i didn't get any confirmation about my order. I already mail to them but no any response from their side

I have paid 638rs for Crocs from infinity deals website (Infinitydeals.in) and there is no reply from them on order confirmation. After reading the reviews on internet, found that it is fraud company. Plz take action and get my money refund.

I had placed order of two shoes in the infinity deals website on 17th April’22. The order ID is 139908 and after placing the order I got message to pay more amount. The same was not intimated to me earlier and in your website I am not view the order placed status nor anything. I wrote mail to only email I’d available in the site and no response yet or any other channel to call.

They are not confirm order after payment

Very intelligent way of cheating to the customers, I have evry pic of my amount deduction & order I'd details, after amount deduction, they are not responding not even through email which previously i mailed them about issue, seems like looting money from people by showing manipulative promotion, should take action to these type of fraud activities, they are not even scared about their negligence, hope this cell somehow will take the action & bring justice to the customers

Tried to order a pair or sandals but once the payment was made there was no confirmation nor details, this is a fake website with fake products.

I have ordered from this website then next it has asked the utr numb for confirming that we have paid for then next they asked again to pay delivery charges extraa for our order could u please look into it

I have this site in instagram .The website looks very good no.less than very professional site.So i believed this and did payment to buy a product.
Now iam feeling ashame on me.Iam raising this complaint to stop them and not to make fraud on poor and middle class people like me.

I ordered it a month ago ...

I pay the payment and courier charges also but I didn't get any confirmation message or any mail or any call. I put mail to the [protected]@infinitydeals.in about the order but there is no response

I purchased products worth ₹1260 the payment went through as there was no COD then was asked to pay shipping charge which was also paid then I could not confirm as confirm symbol did not work

I ordered a product of crocs slides from thier website and didn’t payment and follwed as per thier instructions for order and did all the payment. But after that they didn’t give me any order confirmation and any email or an message to my number about the order.
