This regarding I have ordered men's sandal clogs in infinity deals online platform payment has been through upi phonepe, but I can't reach them I think they fraud online platform

I have ordered a clogs ! Value of 988 & payed the delivery charge via my BHMI app.Still I didn’t receive my order.Please give my money back. Or deliver my order

My name is thamlih, i have placed an order on infinitydeals.in for crocs bayband footwear, i have paid amount of 579 rupees online via phone pay. But i do not recieved the product . The same company has a page in instagram also. I will attach the payment screenshots please resolve the issue.

Later I saw many people complaints regarding this website online and believe that it's a fake website cheating innocent people.

I kindly request concerned authorities to take necessary action on this ecommerce company to prevent further frauds

I order one pair of crocs footwear and paid the amount by Google pay. But they didn't confirm the order and i write over mail and there is no reply from the other side.

I ordered for two pair of crocs for 988, after completing the order the portal stated that the orders will not be fulfilled till we place the shipping charges for 349.
After placing the shipping charges, there is no acknowledgement or order confirmation.
There is no number to reach the business owner.
Please take action against the seller and provide us a refund.

On December 14 th I ordered 3 items from Infinity Deals... Still now the response is showing that it is hold I tried to contact the customer care of infinity deals they are not responding to my mails and Instagram messages..I have already paid ₹1138 via Google Pay...This is the worst experience in online shopping ever

Don't know if they are cheating the public, please try to catch them
