I have order a crocs men's sandal from infinitydeals.in on 23.10.22 vide order number 176348 and paid the amount along with shipping charge but till date I have not received my product and also no update...

I ordered a product of Rs.540, but I didn't receive any order confirmation.
They just displayed a fake conform order page which is not working.
What to do to get back my money please help me....

I have spend 559 rupee for a product they are selling after a deduction of amount they charge shipping price for it i.e 225 after paying that you won't get your any confirmation about your product no response from them fake website, fake Instagram account...

I have placed order on infinity deals of 1200 rupess but have not received any order id and their is no phone number and customer care...

This ecommerce website is fake as I've lost rs 638 to them while ordering clogs from their site. There are 89 complaints against it but why no action has been taken they should be punished for scamming people and looting money from innocent people....

There is a website selling footwear at competitively low prices.

Looks very genuine.

Prices were displayed on the sales webpage, which included delivery charges.

But after selecting and making the payment, it says delivery charges increased due to covid restrictions and we need to pay additional shipping charges, which is almost half the price of the product itself.

It does not look...

I have ordered 3 crocs worth 638rupees, and I have completed payment successfully. After payment, site was asking additional delivery charge 349, and then that page vanished off….. I haven’t received any order confirmation message yet . I request you to please refund my amount as soon as possible....

I had ordered s clog on 10/3/22 which costs around 608Rs. After the payment, I had asked to pay the extra shipping charges which is 225Rs.
After this, I was unable to go next page. The order is not confirmed also. I have not received any confirmation mail or SMS. I have written mail to them. But no reply from them. Looks like some fraud. I have attached transaction details....

They took my 1K cash for ordering CROCS.
They are fraud people kindly dont purchase anything AND I HAVE FILED IN CC....

I have ordered 3 pair of crocs(1238) on infinitydeals.in website.once I ordered, it says your order is on hold until you pay the shipment cost(349)Even I paid too .After that I didnt get any confirmation mail or message.There are only one way of contact via email.i sent a mail regarding this issue.They didnt reply to it till now.plz sort the problem.

Ordered one pair of footwear for myself on 6th January 2022 and delivery was about to be 3 to 7 days and I didn't receive my package yet

I Sarang Gotmare resident of Nagpur placed an order from infinitydeals.in and made the due payment using GooglePay.
However I did not received any order confirmation and did not received the order to. they don't even have any contact details on their Instagram page or on their web page. I emailed them a couple of times but no response were provided.
I request a strict action to be executed on them for such a fradulent practice....

Respected Sir, i have found this website details from an instagram page " theshoeco.in ", from this instagram page they were showing all crocs models with less rate. But we can only purchase through infinitydeal.in website. After payment option from the website we have no clue on our order, payment details and courier status. Frequently i mailed to the contact mail id [protected]@infinitydeals.in from last 3 days but not response from their end....

I ordered crocs from infinity deals .In that they given amount and shipping charges also. I did the payment from Google Pay......

I've ordered 3 pairs of crocs from infinitydeals.in website from instagram page theshoesco.in and I've paid Rs1238 and not received the parcel nor any confirmation message ...its been 5 days please 🙏help me getting my refund back......

After the payment i didn't got any response or confirmation
It been three weeks
I tried to sent emai to the provided id but it's fake i think .
The company seems to be a fraudulent one
Please take further action against them as soon as possible
