and i have tried to contact them in many ways but even i send them muktiple mails they didnt respond and i tried many networks and devices to appea but it oftenly showing error and they are wantedly doing this please give me a solution . even i gace time to appeal in 180 days from appeal.but still if it oftenly going on like this how can i recover, as their mission accomplish they will disable my account and without any mistake and reason .my account was suspended please help to get back my account.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction that I fell victim to, which I believe is part of a growing scam targeting social media users, especially on platforms like Instagram.

Details of the Incident:

While browsing through Instagram on [3rd of Dec 2024], I came across an advertisement for a seemingly attractive clothing deal, offering a variety of items at a price of Rs. 99/-. The deal appeared legitimate and was presented in a way that seemed trustworthy, with product images and descriptions posted alongside positive reviews. Based on this, I made the payment through UPI for the aforementioned amount, expecting delivery of the clothing items as advertised.

However, after completing the payment, I have neither received the products nor any further communication (such as an order confirmation email or SMS) regarding the purchase, shipping, or delivery status. I waited for several days, but no updates were provided, and the sellers are unresponsive to any further attempts to contact them.

I respectfully request that your esteemed department investigates this matter urgently. The scammers must be traced and held accountable for their actions, as they are not only defrauding individuals but also potentially causing harm to others through their deceptive practices.

I believe this growing scam could affect many others who are unaware of such fraudulent activities, especially on social media platforms like Instagram. Therefore, I also urge you to take strict action to halt this activity and prevent further harm to innocent people.

Please find attached all relevant details, including the UPI transaction reference and screenshots of the Instagram post and payment receipt, for your investigation.

I kindly request that you proceed with filing a case against the perpetrators and initiate all necessary legal steps to bring them to justice. I am ready to provide any additional information or documentation needed for your investigation.

i have ordered saree thorugh intagram from page laxmi_saree_12 they are fraud . they courier wrong product and then not reply to the customer. they purhase product through fashion villa and couier through convey clothing surat gujrat. i have the details like address and contact no. can you halp me and all other innocent people. because they are doing fraud from very large scale.

Respected authority today my instagram account rakshita_05_29 got hacked and the hacker is using my image stating that I have invested certain amount of money and got double of it in 3 hours. Kindly look into the issue. I'm not able to change password nor able to access my account.

Also I have seen many such complaints. They are doing fraud to the customers.

Before order they told me that if you recieve wrong item then we will refund the money but now they are not even responding to my text .please i want my money asap !!!

My account was suspended.I can't log in my account since 16August, 22.it will show your account was disabled.after that I contacted with help center of Instagram account website [protected]@instagram.com but they won't response me 1 week have passing but they won't reply me.
So i should know about that why my account was suspended.???

Unable to open instagram app. It seems blank when open instagram app. It did not access any data and show blank page after open it. Instaled app many time but still found same issue.

The Instagram app sent me an ID message that if you pay Rs 3, 000 now, you will get double the money, I gave them Rs 3, 000, they said you have to pay another Rs 5, 000, I will pay Rs 17, 000 and they gave me another Rs 6, 000. I gave them to a friend for 3 days asking for money

I ordered a product from an Instagram page clickable_collection_001 and received a wrong product and now on asking for a return my messages are ignored and no bill was sent alongwith.

Hey there i am unable to login my account, i forgot my password and my account is linked with my mobile number and i am unable to reset my password.
Please provide a solution so that i can get back my acount as soon as possible.

I have ordered some products relying on instagram site from Pajama Kraft order number 04211877. But they turned out to be fraud. They are not even responding. Instagram must take action for all this sites as it is there responsibility to check all the sites before allowing them on their social sites. This means that instagram is also involved in this fraudulent business. I would urge all the consumer who are facing this problem because of instagram to lodge a complaint against instagram as well and let's boycott it they deserve the same now. This is the lesson which instagram should get and then only they will understand when they will face the losses. Just because we rely on instagram they are deceiving their customers and taking undue advantage of the customers financially and mentally. The customers should be their first priority instead of the fraudulent website which they are allowing or rather I can say involved with them to earn money. I am sure they are also getting some money.
