Just want to get this to notice so that others are not affected by this fraudster.
I just got conned by a fraudulent seller on instagram…lost ~$200… i do not want any more people to be victimized by this seller…

I ordered a saree set on nov2018 and still the product is not delivered to me. The seller forced me to pay the complete payemnt and she hardly respond from the time the money (~$200) deposited to her account. Once in a while she will respond with some weird story and will go on mute for months together. She clearly conned me. I want to get this to notice so that others are not affected by this fraudster.

I ordered the product (Saree set) to this seller through instagram on nov2018 from usa, initially she talked very friendly, shared her what's app number and wanted me to place an order via what's app and responded extremely quick and shared all the designers ideas and everything was good but post couple of months once the money was deposited to her account, getting any response for my order or even getting any response from her was very difficult.
Once in 2 months she will respond and say some weird story and go on in mute state for the rest of the month. She promised to deliver the products within 2-4 weeks of my order but its almost 6 months now and no product is delivered to me.
Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional person and i am not sure she will ship my products anytime soon or anytime in future too.
When i ask for my money back too, no response from her. Yesterday i messaged her that i will complain about her unprofessional business to national consumer cell, thn suddenly she responded yesterday with whole new story. I am not able to trust her anymore and i do not want any customers to get cheated this way. Please do the needful.
