Telebrands is a sham! Faulty product, rude customer care people

I had ordered an Instyler on the phone, on Cash on delivery option. The product was promptly delivered, but was found to be faulty, with no effect on my hair whatsoever, even after following all the instructions accurately. On lodging several complaints, I was met with rude customer care officials, especially the girls. Finally, I was told that the fault was mine, and the product would not be replaced!! What do I do?? Telebrands is a sham!!...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a product called "Instyler" on 23rd May, 2012 by referring the tv promos aired on animal channel planet. I made a full online payment of Rs. 2961 on the website www.wonderbrands.org. I got the order no of 1323.
I received the product in about 10 days. On using the product I found it to be defective and not working at all. I spoke to the call center representatives...

I just got a Instyler delivered from wonderbrand. I had ordered it on 22aug11 with the agent named kunal. I then spoke to gaurav at the call centre who assured me that the Product is a Made in US and the one which will be delivered will be a made in US product.He also assured me that at the time of delivery I can check the product and then pay for it.
