Why do we have to pay a zero dep insurance while booking a new car. The amount oinches a lot while booking a new car which isn't needed at all. Please see that this zero dep insurance must be removed and instead 3 years compulsory insurance must be added which will be a great idea. Choice should be of the car purchaser that he wants to buy zero dep, comprehensive or third party. Dont force to buy zero dep if a customer doesn't wish to....

I bought my car insurance renewal through online from the new india assurance company, later i found that policies renewed through dealer were only have cashless claims (Got information through online chat with the insurance company). Insurance companies were compelling customers to buy or renew policies through dealers, this is a cheating from insurance companies. Please clarify me regarding this and do the needful.
