My name is rohan gupta worked for 1 month from 1st april 2017 to 2nd may 2017 in intelenet global pvt ltd at kolkata and my employ id is [protected].
During job period i did go to my native place for emergency without inform to tl but next day when i want to inform him his cellphone was switch off then i informed my trainer and told the emergency.
After that my tl raise a mail for salary hold that's why i leave the company but till now i didn't get my salary.
What should i do?

I have worked with this company in agra, uttar pradesh. I had worked there for 15 days that is from[protected] to[protected] and was promised to get paid for the days i had worked. I have approached the hr and accounts staff many times but get the same answer that you would get the amount by next month and so on. Hi i was working with intelenet global services malad for 2 years and recently left the job on 1st july 2017... Before i could leave i had some incentives discrepancies which i had discussed with my line manager and he had promised me that he will follow up. He also asked me to call after few days just to remind him. I did the same i called him after few days to remind him about my discrepancy he completely denied and said there's nothing that can be done. I know i was not wrong and that was the money which i had owned. I walked up to the ops manager and the ops manager also supported the line manager for doing wrong things. And now i don't have any help i did not get any support from anyone

Hi i am ajit nehra, was working with intelenet global services located at plot no.408 udyog vihar phase 3 gurgaon, haryana. My female friend is currently working in this company. She has been sexually harassed by team leader mr. Lucky mendhiratta. After my resignation on 14july 2017 he has started to harass her more and more. Please take practical steps against him so that he will not do in future otherwise i will go to consumer court.

Today i want to share feedback about intelnet global services of kudlu gate bangalore branch.

I got the call for the interview round and i attended the telephonic round and i was selected. They offered me the offer letter and i had resigned in my current co. Because i already have an offer letter of intelnet and whatever the interview calls was coming and i was selected in that, i resigned as they offer me less package compared to intelnet. After few months when my current co. Notice period was going to an end, i got mail from from intelnet global services that my offer letter has been canceled due to my notice period as my date joining has been decided on 30th july by intelnet itself. After i call them many times to know the reason and sent them mail too but out of 10 mails i received 1 mail reply to come and meet in office. When i went to office again same drama that due to notice period it cancelled, i told them i can join immediately as my notice period is already ended but they make following excuses:

Notice period is 2 month i cant wait but before attending and offered offer letter, he knows all.
You didn't selected, if i didn't selected how can they send offer letter and package.

In his cabin he was so confused and he cant able to make eye contact and every time he telling new excuse. At last i told him that if i have knowledge i will get job dont worry about that but please don't play with the candidate career.

I had sent mail to ceo of intelnet in linked in. Let see if it works.

I was working for intelenet for past 3 years and resigned on 28th may 17. According to the fnf settlement an employee should receive the settlement after 45 days but till date i have not received my salary.. Went sent an email to [protected]@intelenetglobal.com. They say that salary will be credited but do bot have the exact date and also they do not have the calculation for my fnf yet.

I will never recommend any of my friends to intelenet if this is now you treat the people who worked hard for you.

This is in reference to my resignation letter which was submitted on 3rd march 2017 after completing my notice period of 30 days and last working day was on 28th february 2017. Also, the letter was approved by my head of the department.
I wish to bring to notice that i have not received my salary for the month of february 2017 due to which i am facing financial problems. When contacted to hr mrs. Supriya salve i was informed that it will take more 45 days or more then that for my salary to credit into my account but as however i have already made completion of all the requirements. And as spoken to hr mrs. Minu mirza, she told that as your resignation letter has been submitted on 19th april 2017 i have been informed that, my details are already forwarded and hence there is a possibility that my salary might get credited by the end of may 2017.
Further, more 45 days are crossed but still my salary is not been credited to my account yet. Which is why i want to log a complaint regarding the same.
Hence, i would be highly obliged if one can kindly understand my concern and take this issue into the consideration on priority basis.

I maintain 0% shrinkage of that month but next month i went to my sister's marriage by informing by tl.
They wont give my previous month salary right now...
They still saying ur salary was being hold..

As on 1st nov 2016 i have joined intelnet global services as agent for sbi process for credit card department. i was told by my trainer ( shilpI agarwal) on 30 nov 2016 to process my FnF. Still i hav't recevied cheque of november month

I was an employee of jabong.com which is part of intelenet global services and i was promised to receive salary within 45 days after my last working days. But now its more than 60 days till now i have not received the same and neither i m getting any proper response from the employer.

I also wrote mails to hr and even tried to contact but i am not receiving any response from their end.

This is to inform all the guys who post positive responses about intelenet global services, malad. I have a very bad experience with this company.

I had worked with intelenet global services for 2 years between[protected] and got rehired again in 2013. Till date i have been working seriously for this company as i don't want to leave this company. During recruitment, many false promises were made but we accepted everything.

The issue raised this year i. E2016. I was working for the process called first rail (Great western railways)-correspondence day shift since 2013. The company lost this process in his bid and hence the process was shut down in 31st july 2016. Before shut down the hr - ms. Megha approached us and promised us that we will be transferred to dayshift data process only. We would be given a 15 day paid benchmark period in which if we are not able to place you in any process till then, you will receive your 15 days salary.

This turned out to be the exactly opposite. On 5th august 2016 hr-megha went on leave and bhr - rohini approached us. She said that we didnt promised you 15 days paid benchmark., moreover we have not even promised that you will be transferred to data process. We will transfer you to voice processes only or wherever there's any position vacant. They offered positions which were not relevant to us. They didnt provided option, they forced us to take any voice processes. They are denying for 15 days benchmark payment and not transferring to appropriate processes.

This company is totally irrelevant, unreliable and sarcastic.

I am working in Intelenet Global Services Ltd.for last 8 years my PF no. KDMAL[protected] and left that company on 31st March. Previously the company was named Sparsh BPO, Intelenet Global Services take over this company 2 and half years ago. So the company HR told us to apply the PF for Sparsh. We did the same last December i.e. 2012. The PF amount was supposed to clear within 90 days maximum. Last week got a massage from EPFO that it was on process but within 2 days another massage that it was rejected due to some problem the same was updated in the PF site which was attached for further reference. When I called up the company HR he guided me to the PF spoke, the concerned person was so casual and didn't even know the reason for the cancellation and asked to resubmit the form again. which is again going to take more than 1 year. I am going to receive around 45 thousand rupees which is not a small money for me atleast as I belong to a very middle income family and going through very critical situation and if I received that money it would be really helpfull for me and my family..

Hi this BPO did not give the holiday declared by the Government on 13 April 2011 for casting votes. Instead they asked all employees to come and they did not even switch on the lights on the ground floor till evening 6 o'clock. They also told the employees not to leave the building premises till 6 o'clock in the evening. They are so cunning, not only did they not give the holiday but they wanted to hide it from outsiders. Please do take some action against such horrible places. So that atleast in future they follow the law.

It is very safe not to work in intelenet global services. Very unprofessional and CHEAP company and management. All the talks that Mr. Kumar - CEO gives on the day of the induction is TRASH. The trainers are people who have just got of the boat. Bad english,nose diggers,unhygenic and above all super bad company management. The company is open playground for any cyber crime. It is pointless to waste time and money in a company like intelenet. Right from the CEO to the guard standing at the reception in inefficent and not capable. Foreign Investors please look for other options. The WORST organization i have ever worked till date. Hope our paths do not cross in the future.NEVER!!!!!

i am sure you would want me to narrate the story in piece meal.

i am one amongest the candidates who went for an interview to intelenet for a designation CSE (customer service executive) at okhala industrial estate phase 3 on 05/02/2011.

i was called in to the interview room whithout guiding me through the path to the room and when i entered into the wrong room i was disrespectfully asked to sit outside and mind my business.

After finally making it to the interview room i was interviewed based on the set parameters of the company and i sucessfully completed all the rounds, then i was called in by one of the HRs and i was offered a choice between two processes that i could join and these choices were being offered to me by two different female HRs, based on my personel assement of the skills i chose the one that best suited me and i made my choice clear to both of the HRs, i was asked to wait outside again it was 8:36pm. i waited for ever .... n then one of the HRs came out and drove me outside the premises insisting me to switch off my mobile, so i switched my mobile off, further she instructed me to switch it on till 10:30pm..... it was horrifying

day 2 : i got a call from another HR this time around from another female it was 12:00am asking me to be at the comapany for another round of interview which included recording my conversation with somebody on the phone line. After finishing the call i was called into the seperate room because i made a mention on the call that i ,"i do not have my graduation certificates handy and can provide them after the expiry of two months" to which they replied that they can give me a maximum of weeks time to get them and at the same time provided me with a an option of provisional certificate i was ok with it.

sameday i got a message in the midnight 12:30 am including the address of the destination where i was supposed to join which i didnt check during the night coz i was asleep. "joining was in gurguon" and i was expected to be there at 8:30am with all my documents. I read the message in the morning at 9:30, i would love to know, how professional is it to message during the midnight and especially when the matter is that of sombodies carrier.

i was very much intrested in joining the organisation but HRs made me fell insecure by trying to put me in delima.

secondly i was there to seek a respectfull job by putting my skills and qualifications on display and not be indignified/disrespected by any "tom dick and harry"

I belive it talks volumes of their callousness and i demad proper action againest them. i want them to apologise for what they did to me.

My name is Dhiraj Krishnan(Ex-employee of Intelenet Global Services, Chennai)(EMP ID:35577). I applied for the withdrawal of my provident fund-PF number:MH/94725/11701 after I resigned my job in december 2008. I got two cheques from HDFC stating that the A/C number in the cheques is invalid. I found that the Account number in the cheques missed a digit.On 18-december-2009, I submitted the original cheques to Mr. Suresh (Admin ,Intelenet,Chennai) who asked me to send him a mail and that he will get this resolved.

Today is 13092010. No action has been taken by him/intelenet to solve this. It is going to be 1 year since I raised this issue. I also wrote a letter to the information officer,PF,Mumbai and lodged a complaint for the same. No action has been taken till date. Intelenet says that it is the PF office which commited the mistake while entering my savings account number. I gave a cancelled cheque and a copy of my bank statement as proof.

Please look into this matter. You will find my correct account number from the above said proof, the bank statement which I sent through courier along with the complaint letter to PF OFFICE MUMBAI.

My name is pintu kumar i was worked from Intelenet Global services pvt ltd. from 409 udhyog vihar ph-IV gurgaon office as a Sr. C.S.E and my emp code is 81521 i had resign this company from 10th may but I did not receive 10 days salary. I ask to HR dept. he is says I send mail from Mumbai office and your salary is credit within 60 working days. but 60 days is over in last month. I call to HR department but he says I try and send again mail to mumbai. I call to hr department more than 20 time but I did not answer regarding of my payment from this side. I request to you please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I Have left Intelenet in March 09 and had submitted epf documents for withdrawl in march 09. I have been calling up on these no.s 28692531, 28692604,38692604 but never able to get through. INTELENET informed me that normally the epf amount is credited after 4-5 months however six months have passed and still have not received my epf amount. I am very unhappy with the customer service as I am not able to contact them.

Can you please look into the matter and update me the status.
