Very bad experience, bus was cancelled by you guys even refund not given, 1 month gone, now i will take legal action against you, worst customer support, no revert from care, even on ivr, they are forcely disconnected the calls, asking me to check with my bank, i am asking for banking transactions details of refund they are unable to give, this is totally fraud by you guys, here no option for -- star forcefully to select 1 ⭐, very worst customer support even service.
