Esa krne ka hak kisne diya hai inko

It is showing expected time as 11:45 when I booked the ticket and i am here till 12:40 . Live tracking link says it may arrive at 1:15.we are 2 ladies in nadara bridge bus stop, which is not very safe and comfortable space for 2 ladies at this time of night. Whi is responsible in case of any Misfortune?

Very bad service...
Even if no hospitality and how to talk with customer by conducter
I travelled from indore to baroda in volvo
..they charged more than any travels aroud 150%
at reception person told me that you will get services of led, water bottel etc...
Charges are high but when service time is there very very bad...even if cobductor rufly replying nothing will be serviced also complaining the care taker of company, no answer
I would not recommand any person to travel by this volvo..
Request you to take some action against
This will be showing our hospitality...
