In response to our call to eureka forbes, the technicians from ion exacense / aqucare visited our apartment for servicing of our classic+ water purifier.

They convinced us to buy the 2 year amc for rs. 3775/- in nov 2018. But, till date, not even visit has been made by their technicians, despite repeated calls to them.

Our calls are either never answered or they answer and accept that they have not visited and hence they will extend our warranty by 12 months... But, still they never visited so far.

This is a fraud company, only interested in taking your money. Just see the number of people who have the same complaint on ion exacense!

Unfortunately, eureka forbes also does not care to check if their franchisees are meeting the requirements to be a franchise holder.

    Ion exacense is a fraud company! You can see so many complaints - all of them complaining that they take amc and then never visit the customer.

    My complaint is also the same. Client id. 39875, purchased amc on 27.11.2018 for aquaguard classic+ but till date (More than 12 months) nobody has bothered to visit, even after many calls and complaints.

    Eureka forbes simply shares the contact numbers of their customers with such unscrupulous companies, who then cheat their customers.

    Now, if you call eureka forbes, they say the amc is not with them but ion exacense and hence eureka forbes cannot help! But, who gave our number to these people? We called eureka forbes for service and these people from ion exacense turn up. So, how do we know they are not authorized by eureka forbes?

    Very disappointed with eureka forbes too. Will never buy their products again.

    What can you say about ion exacense... They are a fraud anyway!

      I had purchased water purifier from eureka forbes in dec 2017. On 20th june 2019 a technician came from ion exacense to replace filter and i took a 2 year amc for rs 8530. Within 3 weeks the machine stopped working and i got in touch with customer care to send technician. Its been 2 months i haven't used the machine and they did not send technician. I kept calling them and they give false promises. I spoke to the supervisors [protected] and she assured she will send technician and give refund on the spot after collecting their filters. I asked for a full refund and told them to take their filters. On 16th sept i was able to get in touch with the manager akhil who was very rude and told me that they wont provide full refund. They will cancel filter charges and gst (4800+1500). Meanwhile i took a 2 year amc from eureka forbes. The technician came and installed original filters. He told the filters provided by ion exacense were not original filters for my machine and the inside wires were damaged and he had to change them. I noticed that ion exacense has been cheating many of its customers.

        I have taken the AMC from Ion Exacense from 7/7/18 to 7/7/20
        No follow up was done till date.

        Called for service to replace the filters.
        Person arrived. He replaced the filters. After that the unit it self is not working.
        After replacement the person is not checked the unit is functional or not. Just left the unit.

        I am trying from last two days . People are telling they will send the person. But not at sent.
        Worst service.
        Hope some upper management people will react on this.

          I have entered into amc contract for a period of two years from 16.12.2018 to 16.12.2020. I have paid rs. 8575/- as amc contract fee. Receipt no is 12818 smart card no 51787 id no 20. Registered mobile no [protected]. Till today no person has visited for giving amc services. They have not attend my complaint for rectifying the problem. I have tried calling help line [protected] several times but it gets disconnected. There is no alternate contact numbers also.
          This company has given us false assurance that they are from eureka forbes and we believed them. We have lost so much of money.
          Services given by them is worst. Now the water filter is not working. We are not able to contact the company for even booking our complaint. This is fraud company pl don't fall into their promising talks. They must be sued.

            I have taken an AMC paying Rs.5530 in February 2018. Ion Exacense had promised that they will service the water purifier once in six months. It is more than 18 months and they have not visited even once despite number of phone calls. My Client No. 29825.
            This company has no customer service and every time you call up the number for service they will promise to attend within 24 hours.

              Since two weeks water filter is not working. I have two year amc for service and part replacement (Client id: 139160). Called to customer care center but didn't get any response. Technician don't know how to replace or service filter properly. They are cheating customer in the name of amc, if they came to know that we are having amc they will not attend the call. They are having all duplicate spare part.

                2 years back on 12.June. 17 I had enrolled with ion exacense aquacare with AMC. This ensured below services to me
                1. Service every 3 months
                2. Filters change (all 3) twice
                Below are my details
                Client Id : 15311
                My AMC will expire on coming 12 May. For past 1 week i have been called your customer care[protected] several times to send a technician.
                A technician was sent to my home on 27.April.19. I had requested for a filter change and since the technician came without it I called customer care again in fron of him and asked them to send someone again.
                Since then I have called 100s of time to send somebody to cater to my request but nobody is being sent.
                On 3.May.19 I called your customer care atleast 4-5 times strating 8:30AM so that I could get somebody to change filters. I was only told somebody will attend my request by end od day. This did't happen and nobody came.
                Today 4.May.19 I have called customer care over 30 times. On just noticing my numeber they pick and disconnect. I then called from another number and geve reference to my registered number. They again disconnected noticing my registered number. I even requested not to disconnect and still this has been happening till now.
                After being mentally harassed like this I am writing this to you.
                Please take action and get my water purifier serviced and filters replaced. Not doing so is voilation of AMC agreement and I will be forced to take this matter to consumer court.
                This is denying of service on agreement, cheating and mental harassment.
                Please take action asap.

                  Took a 3 years AMC contract on 03/03/18 to 03/03/20.
                  For one entire year no one visited us.
                  Post one year a technician visited us on 12th feb 2019 and spoiled the purifier.
                  He didn't fit the candle and filter properly owing to which the purifier leaked and spoiled some parts in it.
                  Again when we called them then after lot of follow up the different technician came on 26th Feb 2019. He tried to fix something and we heard a break sound as if some part has broken.
                  He went back and within 40 mins we called him to say that the purifier has leaked again.
                  The same issue is persistent. He came and told us the part is spoiled. It will take a week for the new part to come.
                  Since then we have been constantly following up but no one is paying attention to our misery.
                  I can proof it through my itemised bills as to how many times i have called these guys in a single day as they keep saying technician will come today and that never happens.
                  They have a senior person with whom i spoke names vinod. He didnt help too and now he listens to the voice recognises me and then disconnects the call.
                  This is how badly they treat customers.

                  Someone please help.

                    Hi team,
                    I have taken insurance for 2 years. Now my aquaguard filter stop working and i raised a complain (96407) since 1 week now. Every time a new representative will pick the call and tell "today i will send the technician". They are not even telling what is the issue. I am seriously fade up with these stupid people. Some rep gave one mobile number ([protected]) and said he is the technician lead. First day whenever i was calling this number he was replying that somebody will come. But next day he did not pick that phone. Very nice. I dont know who is lieing there.

                      I received a call from them for the service and a technician arrived on 4th november 2018, and while he was servicing he said the filter is not working so its better to replace it and i accepted it and the filter is been replaced. He asked me to switch it on after two hours and i did but the water started leaking from the filter.. And wen i called him back he said he will come to solve the problem but he has not come.. I tried to call your customer care number which was provided on the bill[protected] they were speaking so rudely and saying that they cant do anything now so solve the issues. And asked me to do whatever i want to do and they dont care.. Customer service was pathetic.. I dont think i will ever use there service and i also inform my friends and update in social media about this. Let me know if you guys can help me out in this regards.

                        The company representative came in and explained about the amc process and mentioned himself to be an authorised service care for aquaguard. Misrepresentation of facts that he is from aquaguard and took the amc cost of rs 12500. Put a filter which is not aquaguard filter but some other company. Called them for refund but they are okay to file a police complain or even take this up wherever.

                          This is a fraud company. Taken amc & vanished
                          The representative from this company came to us & explained that they are authorised service agents for aqua guard & shown us the id card & etc.
                          We give them the amc & aid the money.
                          Now we trying to reach them on their toll free no with out any success.
                          We request other consumers to be very care full with this company.

                            I somehow got a call from the ion exacense. They identified themself as autherised agents fro aquguard (Eureka forbes), asking whether i need my aquaguard to be cleaned. When they came for cleaning they said water quality i is not good and filters need to be replaces. They showed me id card on which authorised aquaguard was mentioned. I got the filter changed from them by paying 3900 rs, after few months i noticed that some algae is getting formed in inside the tank. Then i called up the guy who came for servicing, he told me that tank needs to cleaned so i did that. After one month again i noticed algae formation in the tank. I raised a ticket with eureka forbes and they told me that all filters are duplicates. And the above company is fake. And filters needs be replaced with orinal ones.
                            Here i have been cheated by a company which claimed to be an aquaguard agent

                            Same thing happened with me 1 week back. The technician wear the Eureka Forbes ID card. When I contact to the Eureka Forbes they said the service that you have taken is fake . I am contacting to the ion exacense they are not responding now

                            Got a call from ion exacense asking for service of aquaguard..but later recognised it as un-authorized dealer..thy came home when I mom and chaged it to duplicate filter charged 7000 for it..been cheated..I work at police department..will make sure that they pay back for their fraud by 2 days. Such cheaters will not be spared
