i purchased Halotop -s FROM DS MEDICAL STORE, REWARI-HARYANA-123401

When i open tupe and press for remove ointment from nosal then its removed complete from back side and complete pack distroyed

My self venkatesh from hyderabad.
I was sanitized 13 clinics in hyderabad.
But payment not given.
Payment of 5250/-

Who are giving payment?
I have 13 clinics sanitized with record.

Hello sir, I have a complaint against the product which I am using kera FM
the quantity of the product your company showing is 60ml
but while using the product I am getting 55ml or less I need a refund from your side. I am using your product from the past 2 months please do something about it or I have to complain against you in a legal way because you give us a false product please do something about it or if you wanna contact me call on this number [protected]

No.:- 12638, I have submitted my Provident Fund Claim form in Nov. 2008, till date i have no feedback from the department or nor i received any money which is got deducted from my salary. when i called to you, you told that my account is wrong, but dear sir i want to let you know that the account no. is right i can send you the pics of my P.F. form whic i sended you. my phone no. is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that My PF no is MH/1419/7091. I have worked for IPCA Laboratories ltd for more than 7 years and left it for personal reason. I have applied for PF and EPF through company by submitting filled application form 19 and 10C. By this I have got massege that my application has been sent to PF office on 20th June 2008.

It is well confirmed in EPF site also. Now I have received ( a/c credited)my PF claim (FORM- 19) on 22nd Dec 2008 by Rs 64, 749/- viz cheque no-54959.

But my EPF claim (FORM-10C)is not setteled yet and in EPF site displaying as-

" 80063410 Form 10C Under Process Your Claim is received on 30/06/2008 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission."


Sir, It is close to 1 year that I have not received my claim.

Lokking this urgently do needful as soon as possible.

I was an emplyee of Ipca Lab for nearly 2 and half years. I had submitted all the documents for pf withdrawl to the company. They have submitted the documents to epf kandivli in june 2008. still i have not received any pf.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I was an employee of M/S Ipca Laboratories Ltd, Kandivli, Mumbai and left the Organisation on 10th Sep-2007.I had applied my PF claim through the company in the month of June 2008.But I am extreemly sorry to inform you that till that have not received any information and the whole pity is no body is picking up the telephone lines at the above office.Pls guide me on the same and pls let me know the status of my PF ACCOUNT NO-MH /1419/2215 at an earliest for which I shall ever remain grateful to yoy.
