I ordered iPhone at the time of ordering it accepted the pincode of my area but the day it delivered it showing pincode mismatched what are the other way to change the pincode. I went to warehouse/ hub near me and they told it sent back the order it'll be concel you have order again. I don't want to order again I want to change the pin code please kindly solve this issue

Cancel oder my mistakes ordering is refurbished iphone x 64 gb

I ordered the iphone 12 from flipkart but when I opened the box it had scratches all over the body . Its been 2 weeks but returned has not happened.

I bought a iphone 11 128GB in green color, date of purchase-19-april-2021, from croma Connaught place.
From 20-april-2021, lockdown was applied in Delhi, croma store was closed, I want to exchange the phone because of the colour, I bought green colour, but I want black, because store was closed from[protected], I could not able to reach the store. But they are not ready to get it exchange. And also they are not ready for refund.
Am not satisfied with the service, and exchange policy, at the time of purchase staff didn't explain the exchange policy.

Please revert As soon as possible.

We went to the apple service center in raipur and even after several visits my problem was not resolved.the service center people returned the phone after they asked me to submit the phone for 2 days every time but my problem was still not resolved and still is not resolved. Request you to kindly take an action against it since my problem is not taken care and I m given false information

I have purchased iphone 6 on 23may18. Which in warranty i was getting issue in ringing speaker which is not working last week the service provider keep my iphone for 5 days from 12may19 to resolve the issue after they have resolve the ringing speaker problem i was getting issue like hanging in my phone didn’t work anything today i have also show them my phone to service center they only formate the device and said now the problem is resolved still i am getting same issue.

I have purchased iphone x in apr -18 from bhushan radios jammu wherein i was suppose to get cashback of rs 8000 within 90 days.. Its been now more than 150 days, i have not received my cashback.

Everytime i call hdfc customer care, they are saying they have not received cashback from i-phone as they are only third party.

Kindly help to get this cashback

I need a support as my iphone6 16gb which had some i. E.
1. Battery draining issue when i approach for your istore located in crown interiorz mall, faridabad haryana, they said battery need too be replace as ii had used more than 50% which will cost to you around rs-2000/-. I agree and i am ready to pay that, but
2. My orientation mode was not working they said that your compass software need to be replace which will cost you around rs-17000/-
Total-20, ooo+gst
In this amount i can add 3-4k which get me a new iphone 6 32gb.
I had a kind request that please look after my request like if in 2-3 years your phone software will be damage how one could afford apple, i will say it is not my fault, its product failure.

From your center i got answer there is issue in all iphone 6 and even they had

Shown me there own handset,

I am not accepting this overheating issue now. There is some problem in

Handset.

Overheating of handset is very dangerous for me, and at the time of iphone

Using i feel so uncomfortable and feel like mobile will be blast in my hand.

Please look in to this and get me replace the device or resolved the issue

Faulty product from apple.

I purchased iphone 6s from magnet mega electronic mega store at dadar (W), mumbai-400028. The phone issued to found defective and not working properly l asked them for replacement. However they refused to replace the phone and asked to submit the phone and they send the same to concern service store. Accordingly i had submitted the phone to the same store on 15.07.2017. The phone was given to me on 25.07.2017 and assured that the phone is checked and found ok. However as i started the phone at home and same was again found not working.

I bought my phone on sept 2016 and suddenly last week my phone got heat up like hell it was so hot that my finger got burnt and when i went to pune service center pimpri they said they will send my phone to bnangalore and they were so rude to me.

I then complaint to their bangalore center for the same now they are saying it top be physical damage and asking for whole money that is more than price of 5s 17000, this is not to be done we need the solution.

Worst company ever... Purchased my phone iphone 6s on 19th march 2017 through amazon, was very excited as it was my first time with apple product but unfortunately within a month my phone got damaged been in the warranty period, i went to the apple service centre in andheri (E) hoping to get it resolved but never thought will be shocked by their reply, first they make me wait for three days stating that they will send my phone to bangalore for repair but then they asked for rs. 25, 000/- for a replacement which is utter nonsense, come on u'll should understand i had paid rs.43, 000/- for my phone then additional rs.25, 000/- for replacement, it does not make any sense, horrible experience from apple will never recommend anyone else, so either replace the phone or pay my money back.

I Bought an iPhone 6s with on _21_May 2016 from Hyderabad the phone just went dead while was on a call. Since my phone was in warranty, I went to iCare, Bangalore to get it fixed. Keeping full faith, I handed over my phone to the service center where after 2 days they informed me that my phone cannot be exchanged and made a report mentioning that my phone has external damages, which is not the case, My phone does not have any external damages as mentioned in the report (please find attached the reference images).

I am extremely disappointed with Apple, I have always regarded Apple very highly. I have been using apple products since 4 years, but have never experienced such a bad service.

Kindly look into the matter and replace my iphone at the earliest, otherwise, I will have to seek help from the consumer court of India.

Actual Problem i faced on my mobile is : My Display & touch screen is not responding suddenly.
I have given to Mr. Service mobile service center Chennai, and I paid full amount for replacement of both, they replace duplicate item and my IPhone become so bad in terms of looking so many scratches
Even if you want to talk with senior they will not respond properly. They don’t have enough knowledge to repair iPhone and Samsun glaxy.they r there for replace your parts n put you duplicate and charge you original price.

I have never seen such a cheater mobile service like Mr. Service
And also reg the customer service its really very very poor.They not even picking up my call and they didnt response in a good manner.

So dont give your costliest phones to them for services. They are not skilled that much ( on my personal experience).

I purchased a Mobile on[protected] on DHgate website, the seller is army1314, in the tracking it is showing that its already handed over to customs of REPUBLIC OF INDIA MUMBAI PAR . I ordered an i phone from TOI news paper Ad on 6th Feb2009.. A cheque was sent and money was paid from HDFC bank on 11th of February but product came on 20th Feb.A complaint was lodged immediately same time after opening package for not receiving memory card and complaint number obtained.10 phone calls were regularly made and each time a new complaint number was provided for redressal. I could use the phone till date for photos and store anything. Full 2 months passed and today 27th April India shopping calls me giving me a gift voucher number for Rs.300/- asking me to order again on India shopping.
My 10 phone calls had cost me Rs.400/- from my mobile and for long durtaion wait when the CCO goes to check for verification etc. I know atleast 6 persons name with whom I interacted.

There is no local shop in Chennai where i can go and get the memory card by making payment also.
I am deeply hurt and not happy with this kind of service. I will never buy anything from India Shopping again.
