Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I joined ICICI Bank as Zonal Head Secretary on 24th September. From 24th to today's date, whenever I went for help to iprocess HR team, they made me feel helpless and misguided me every single time.
It's really very painful to any new employee, as they neither receive call nor give feedback properly..and also did rude behave with me.. I got a mail on 28 th Dec'21 and wanted to know about the mail..so called Mr Kunal Pratap ( didn't remember his designation) Iprocess employee ( Kolkata ) instead of helping me, he just behaved in a very rude manner.
Now could you please tell me, where should I go for this?

One and half year has passed since the last correspondance but till date I have not received any claim status as well as the claims from your end.. I had heard that claim is generally settled within six months after submission but after submitting the same on 10.11.2007 i.e nearly 3 years nine months my claim still remains unpaid . Should I think as it a regular practice or the malpractice of the employer ...seeking your solcitaion and help and reply......

This is sapna khatri from Udaipur, Rajasthan. I worked with I Process India Pvt. Ltd at UDAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) as a Loan Officer, i had resigned and i had completed my resignation formalities on the same day.

After resigned I had submitted my Pf form in PF office, kandivali Malad branch on November 2007 & my application no. is 70127968 / 70127969.

I called Pf office (no. is[protected] & receive madam, she said your claim has settelled, two cheques made your A/c by PF office and detail is :-

(1) Cheque no. is 028457, date is[protected] and amount is 6678.
(2) Cheque no. is 111902, date is[protected] and amount is 3020.

But till now I did not received my PF claim..

I go for inquiry in pune office of i process.but miss.SMITA MAPARI(I PROCESS INDIA PVT LTD-F.C.ROAD, PUNE) lady is very rude with me.she told me i cant do any kind of help to you.she told me it is not our duty. i went i process office at 12.45am.but she never meet me she told me you meet me after lunch.but actual lunch time is 1.30 pm.she given me wrong no of mumbai i process office.

if employer cant help us then where should i go?

you take serious action against her.so other employee cant suffer from her.

Iam in chennai.i send my pf application through post.it was reached on 14/02/2008 in kandivali, mumbai region pf office .after 10th month i.e 10/12/2008 i got one letter from pf department they mentioned that they send cheque to my chennai icici bank base branch where i got my salary account. but 45 days gone till now that amount not yet come to my account. i spoke to my bank's branch manager he told me that they have't received any cheque ragarding my pf. past 6 month iam trying my pf office's phone number it was ringing or always iam getting engaged tone. please do the needfull.
