NON REFUND OF E-TICKET CANCELLED AMOUNT-REG

I had booked Train Ticket through care irctc.co.i. Later My Travel Programme has changed, so, I cancel the e-tickets. After few days I got confirmation from care irctc, Delhi Office the cacelled ticket amount credited to my bank account, confirmation of e-mail received from care irctc is submitted thurough attachment for your ready information. But So fat the cancelled amount not shown in my bank account. I am also e-mailed necessary documents...
